Good mouse...

Great Design - Horrible Quality

This device lasted a total of 5 days before it physically died. In the middle of work it started connecting disconnecting (USB Mode). Then it never turned back on again, no lights power, wont register anything. Will return and get a different product. (5 days before dead hardware)

One night it just stopped working and free spins no longer functioning in any way. Thanks corsair! Now I get to go out and buy a mouse from a company that actually knows how to make them. This is the second corsair mouse that has failed me. Stay away from corsair mice. This company really does not know how to make them. Never again.

Cheap and lacks functionality at its price point

Cheaply made really only 5 "programmable" buttons that you could map including the left and right mouse buttons. Just get something else. Not a fan of any Corsair products honestly. It's all cheap crap and if you want to go cheap there are much better options out there.

Poor Quality Buttons

Corsair did replace the first one which was within 3 months of purchase. I just submitted a warranty claim for the second one, which I'm still within about 5 months of the 2 year warranty period.

Not worth the price but works

Buyer Beware.

Tried a full clean install of the Icue app for the product and a full restart of the mouse, it will not connect with wireless, Bluetooth or wired connections. Corsair support doesn’t respond or answer calls and their app doesn’t even properly fit within the screen so you cannot use all app features.

Wont connect via bluetooth.

Tried connecting with cable and it still wouldnt register with my laptop. Looked online and found other people having same issue. Do not recommend buying Corsair products again.

Terrible, terrible battery life

My Logitech and generic AA/AAA mice will work for weeks or even months on a freshly charged NiMH, but this Corsair will only last 3-4 days at most. Makes a pretty decent wired mouse, though.

That's correct about the time the battery lasts, non-stop for 3-4 days without charging will indeed die. That's not terrible battery life, that's just how it works with all the lighting as well.

Lighting effect swaps to off at random. Noticed something near logo. Tried to clean mouse thinking kids or myself has gotten something on it. All the paint near logo came off.
