Nice mouse, but surface got shiny

I have updated all firmware on the device and dongle. This appears to be a problem with a lot of Corsair devices by reading through forum posts over the last few years. Essentially the issue appears most frequently when I am trying to copy/paste. Clicking once may mean it double clicks and sometimes it will register as a single click. This typically means it takes several attempts to do a simple copy/paste successfully. I would go back to my Logitech device if it hadn't broken after 5 years of usage.

Sliptream not functioning

The main reason why I bought it is so I can use it wirelessly with little to no lag but without the sliptream working, its just a glorified Bluetooth mouse.

Great Gaming Mouse for My 14-YO Son
