I have been enjoying it so day, been using it for about 8 days. Some minor issues with it but that is just learning where all the keys are again since they are closer together and flat, its been years since I last used a keyboard like it. All in all a great keyboard for the price, fully wireless and you can connect to multiple systems.

It’s awesome when it works, but crashes everything when it doesn’t.

Firmware is unrelated to iCue in a certain way, sounds unfortunately like this issue is specific to the keyboard so I'm hoping our team can assist!

The keys were too bulky and clunky and got irritating to use. I wanted something more low-profile to type easier. I compared the K100 Air to a lot of other keyboards because of the hefty price tag on it, but safe to say that I am very satisfied and have absolutely no regrets going with the K100 air :)
