Great keyboard! I haven't had any problems, and the lighting software is easy to use and is capable of plenty lighting needs.

Started off good now 3 months in the keys jam and sometimes the number keypad doesn’t work, not sure what’s going on but it’s frustrating for $200. Iv had it in an office the whole time so I’m not abusing it or anything just normal use.

Definitely wouldn’t pay full price but if you can get it on sale and use reward points this is a great keyboard. Right amount of tactility and good customization.

I purchased this keyboard as I wanted something for work that was low profile and slim. Unfortunately the price was a bit too high to justify me keeping so I ended up returning it.

I thought this keyboard was going to be amazing based on the price, but I was wrong. When I tested this keyboard, the keys felt off? They are kinda hard to press and difficult to type at a fast speed. My number typing speed is around 80 wpm, but with this keyboard, it was probably around 50 to 60. Also, when gaming, the keyboard has a delay between when keys are pressed while over Bluetooth. While using the adapter though, it does remove the latency that you would experience while using the Bluetooth option.
The macros to switch between multiple devices is probably the best feature, allowing for multiple devices to be connected to the keyboard at a time. By the press of two buttons, you are able to have to switch over to another device that you’ve connected it to before.
Thank you for your feedback. It may take some time to adjust to these key switches, especially as these are unique, low-profile key switches that provide a tactile response. I would suggest checking your system's Bluetooth version, as that may be hindering the K100 AIR's low-latency Bluetooth 4.2.
