Bought this because I needed a new keyboard on shirt notice. I was very impressed with how much you can customize this keyboard. You have hotkeys that can serve any function as well as a completely adjustable back light for the keyboard. Much better than I expected

I needed a new keyboard for my office desktop and my son recommended this one. It’s not mechanical which was fine with me. The backlighting on it is very bright which helps. Over all I am very happy with it.

While it is a nice quality keyboard - and the RGB lighting is pretty cool - it glows around and between the keys - and you don't have to install the hit or miss icue software - the problem for me is the keys themselves are not lit and that makes it even harder to see them with the rgb going - so I traded it in for the k95 - but it also glows around the keys and has issues

I love this thing works smooth and I can actually can type on it. have tried mechanical keyboards with different types of switches but, they just don't work for me. The lighting maybe limited but does have nice coloring and not overly bright. Best of all clean lay out and cheap.

My son likes how the keys sound and the lights on the keyboard.

Best affordable wired non-clackity, clack keyboard on the market. Wife won't let me have a mechanical monster anymore. I don't even miss mechanical keyboards anymore after using this. Kudos yet again Corsair!

Its great it responds really fast as you click and its perfect for me cause its an upgrade from the last and its very very quiet perfect for late night gaming so I don't wake anyone up and easy to type with.

This keyboard has a quality feel to it. The keys are super responsive and overall comfortable. There is a software you can download in order to customize colors and macros. The macros are very convenient (I use mine to launch programs). Great bang for your buck!

Great keyboard for any level of gaming enthusiast. I had been planning on upgrading my gaming set and had already upgraded my mouse in the past. Most of the time, keyboards and mice are expensive but I got this for $48 which is great for a Corsair brand keyboard.

The keyboard works great, i am vision impaired and need to see the letters better in dim light. That is what I bought it for, not a gamer. I like that I could change the colors as the blue works best for me.

While trying to find the perfect keyboard for gaming/programming I'm glad I found the CORSAR-K55. Originally, I was going to invest in the Logitech - MX but thought about it and realized it was too much of an investment. The CORSAR has been exceptional so far and it met my expectations. If you're on a limited budge I'd strongly recommend this keyboard. If you have sensible fingers this keyboard might not be the right one for you though. As a software developer I highly recommend this keyboard. As other reviews have mentioned it, you might have a small incovenience with the "G" Keys located on the far right. In my opinion it's not a big of a deal and it doesn't really bother me. Highly recommended keyboard.

This keyboard was everything I was looking for: quiet, a 'turn off the windows key' at the push of a button, extra buttons to the side of tab/capslock,/etc, keys were backlit, audio controls right on the keyboard itself. It looked, felt and sounded great. The problem was that after nearly 5 hours of scouring various forums (including Corsair's own) for a reason why Corsair's iCUE configuration software was shutting down immediately after starting up, I still had no solution that worked. The software also never recognized that the keyboard was even connected. While I wanted to like this keyboard and give it a good review, my experience with the software necessary to make the most of the keyboard left a very bad taste in my mouth and I'll be returning this for a full refund to find something that works.

I purchased this for my son to replace a standard keyboard that he was using on his gaming PC. He loves it and I might have to buy one for myself. The keys stand up off the keyboard and the letters on the keys are illuminated as well as underneath the keys also.

Been happy as a clam with this purchase. Needed to move away from wireless keyboards, but didn't need some super extreme gaming board. This works great to balance gaming and work necessities

A gaming keyboard without the super clicky keys. The keys on this keyboard are more like the keys on a laptop. I wish they had an option for low profile keys, but still a great keyboard.

Nice keyboard with an excellent typing experience and plenty of features. However, I would recommend to visit the store and try it by yourself, the way you feel the keys and the sound they make is a combination that needs to please your senses.

My grandson chose this keyboard to use with his gaming computer based on its features to meet his needs. He is very happy with this purchase. He uses his computer several hours daily and has had no problems with its operation.
