You can set the colors of the three zones of the keyboard to different colors, changing colors, or as in my choice, all three zones in medium blue which suits my taste. The detachable wrist support/rest helps lift the back part of my hands to keep my wrists more relaxed and inline. I also don't like noisy keyboards and this one is quite quiet.

I wanted a good RGB keyboard for a price that wouldn't break the bank. I love it, and after I downloaded iCUE, I figured out how to configure the settings to my liking.

Great Budget RGB Gaming Keyboard

The K55 is a perfect example of this, it's a starter budget gaming keyboard with standard RGB lighting *note not every key is complete color changeable it is standard in the meaning that there are 3 light section left middle and right* Corsair provides a standard wave rainbow color mode which is very nice. The lights are easily seen through each key and though the keyboard it's self is not mechanical or made with metal as some of the other Corsair products it still manages to keep the high quality that Corsair is know for as well as providing a great entry level gaming keyboard for Pc Gamers. I highly recommend this product as it is clearly one of the best Gaming Keyboards on the Market under $50.

Superb keyboard...no complaints

Anyway...I first purchased a mechanical key Logitech board...which was high quality...but I guess after typing on a cheapie for so many years, a mechanical board was too different. A friend of mine owns this Corsair K55 ...and recommended it..so I swapped out the Logitech and have never looked back. Keys are smooth and quiet and the lighting is great. Love it.

RGB lighting is beautiful. No issues with it at all and it connected right to my computer’s software. For the price, I am more than pleased with the product for sure. Would buy again.

Good price and a quality keyboard. My only wish would for it to be a wireless keyboard.

- A:Answer Yes it does! How to use them? Press and Hold the FN key and Press Numbers 1-6 to select preset colors. The Keyboard is divided into 3 Lighting parts, Left, Middle, Right - Left - is Keys G1-G6 to F4,5,R,F,V, and Space-bar which is 1/3 divided for the LEFT COLOR, and 2/3 MIDDLE COLOR. - Middle - is Keys F5, 6, T, G, B, and the 2/3 of Space-bar, to, The Middle ends at F12, Backspace, / and | Key, Enter, Shift, CTRL. - Right - is all Keys right of the Enter key, such as Arrow Keys, Numpad, and the Delete, Home Scroll lock buttons and such like that. If you want to customize the colors to your liking or have a Rainbow Effect and Different options. - HOLD FN and Press 7 for OFF or Press the Middle Circle Key in the Top to Control Brightness. - HOLD FN and Press 8 and you can press 8 again and again, for a Solid Color Layout. - HOLD FN and Press 9 for a Breathing Color Change from Multiple Colors, Example, Red darkens to Green gets bright goes dark turns to Blue, and so on. - HOLD FN and Press 0 for a Rainbow Solid Color Changing, Smoothly transitioning into the different colors as a Solid Layout. - HOLD FN and Press - Key for a Color Breathing of the Presets of 1-6, Same as the Press FN+9 as above, but with the presets. - HOLD FN AND PRESS F1 Right Color, F2 Middle Color, F3 Right Color. To Change each selected area of the keyboard to your liking! - For Rainbow HOLD FN, and Press = Key, for the Rainbow Effect going Left to Right. The Colors of the Keyboard are Red, Green, Blue, Yellow, Aqua, Purple, Orange/Gold, White, and then OFF. So if you wanted you could have just One area ON or Two ON and you can Turn OFF each areas. Q: QuestionI see where the colors light up around/under the keys but what about the actual letters/numbers/symbols of the keys themselves? Do they light up as well so you can see them in the dark?

- A:Answer Yes. The backlight is present under the keys. The letters in the keys are transparent and the light shows up throug them as well.
