Customers are saying

Customers are positive about the K55 Wired Gaming Membrane Keyboard's RGB backlighting, build quality, key feel, price, and ease of use, with many praising its comfortable wrist rest. The keyboard's responsive keys and pleasant typing experience are frequently highlighted. However, customers are negative about the included software, citing issues with glitches and difficulty in use. Overall, the positive feedback on the keyboard's core features outweighs the concerns about the software.

This keyboard surprised me. It was the cheapest of all Corsair keyboard options in the store so my expectations were very low. It's safe to say it was an excellent choice. Great tactile feedback, low noise, and generally feels great to type on.

Corsair FTW with another good product as always. Custom lighting through ICUE software to match all my other Corsair linked products for a sweet RGB lighting set up.

Nice looking corsair keyboard, but I did not really like the feel of keys, very light, cheap plastic. Spend another $50 and get a real Mechanical Keyboard like the logitech G910 Orion. Overall this is an ok keyboard for the price with some great features just not my taste.

Happy with the keyboard overall. The strobing lights did give me headaches, but I just turned them off and was fine afterward. The ESC and G1 keys are a bit spaced in a way that it's taking time to retrain my hands compared to other keyboards, but it's nothing a bit more time won't fix.

Due to this keyboard being highly rated, I decided to go with this keyboard to goal along my newly built gaming PC. Unfortunately, I have been having a horrible experience since day one. EVERYTIME I restart my computer, as well as turning it off and turning it back on, the keyboard DOES NOT power on. I have to go unplug it and plug it back in for it to work. I know it’s not my motherboard because I tried different USB ports and it does the same thing. After doing extensive research online, It seems like I am not the only person that is dealing with this problem. I reached out to Corsair and “submitted a ticket” but no response. I’m sad writing this review because when the keyboard works, it’s awesome but I feel like I don’t have to unplug it everytime for it to work

I wanted something that would be tougher than your average keyboard and with wire not wireless. " no batteries to change". Overall this is a great Entry-level Gaming Keyboard or an awesome work keyboard with a little flare

Kept hitting the wrong keys and dying as I like gaming in a dark room and looking from bright screen to dark keyboard was "killing me" This is much nicer and now I die less from hitting the wrong keys.

Great keyboard. I don’t like the feel as much as my 70 so if you want something cheap, get this keyboard. I will say I hate the key layout. The escape key is a row off where it should be because they put some programming keys there instead. Kind of dumb. Otherwise it’s ok.

I've owned this keyboard for a while, and it's worked relatively well for me. The RGB only works in three zones, but if you have it turned off like I often do, it feels relatively fine! If you're looking for something high-end, though, a real mechanical keyboard is definitely a better value.
