Corsair beat around the bush with RMA and wanted me to send back the entire kit instead of just the strip that had the problem, which was annoying because I had to tear my PC apart to get them all out.

Great Lights, Annoying Hum
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The low star rating is due to the noise made by the product in use, Connection and configuration of the lights was easy and straightforward. They easily sync with other Corsair RGB when using their iCue software. Everything was great / 5 stars until the room was quiet and I could hear a buzz / humming coming from the lights. I'm pretty sure it was the PWM signal used for the dimming as the frequency and volume of the hum / buzz changed when I adjusted the brightness within iCue. I tried moving the controller, moving the strips, and testing them outside the case, but the hum was always there in some capacity. I had to return them as the hum would get very irritating. The lights themselves looked great, were very bright, and had tons of preset options, but the noise they emitted when on was a dealbreaker.
