works great, easy to use, and is fully modular, so cable management is easy

I like this PSU a lot. It's modular, and the black cables look good in pretty much any case. As other reviewers have mentioned, the cables themselves are a little stiff and slightly hard to work with if your case is really tight or small. That said, I wouldn't let that deter you from buying this unit unless you do really have a very cramped case. It's good quality for a good price.

This power supply is quiet and fully modular and comes with all the power cables needed.

For the price this power supply is phenomenal. It has enough for 2 gpus unless you're trying to run 2 3090s. Cable are clean. The fully modular aspect is nice having everything even the 24 pin adapter but modular is a bonus. It has 2 cpu 8 pin which is a nice bonus for x570 motherboards that can use 12 pins for the cpu and chipset power.

My brother's system kept on crashing with an EVGA 850W bronze PSU, even with just a 3700X and a 3080 (both of which should consume less than 500W together). Purchased this PSU and his system never shut down more than 15 months later. Reliable and worth the price. Don't skimp on your PSUs.

Quality power supply and enough cables to run anything

I bought this power unit specifically because it works well with the 3080 and the spike in wattage that sometimes occurs when using it. It comes with a lot of cables that are pretty stuff but are built well and tough. I have it powering a FTW3 Ultra 3080 and so far after months of use, everything is still working just fine.

Really reliable power supply and good for mid to high end PCs

This is a pretty solid choice for known good PSUs in a sea of garbage. Not much out there worth purchasing under 150, tbh. Quiet. Average ripple. Good regulation. All the protections and a 10 year warranty. Can't go wrong with this one. My only gripe is the heat shrink wrap on the motherboard connectors. They are a bit stiff and I had to cut the heat shrink down a few millimeters in order to get the cpu power cable to bend over to route into the hole that goes behind the mobo. I have yet to test this with shucked HDD's to see if it causes the 3.3v pin 3 PWDIS "issue". But it's a non issue either way.

I upgraded to this from a 550-Watt. The computer I was building wouldn't post so I replaced the PS first to rule it out (it was the mb.) Decided to go with this one, as it allowed me to add a video card down the road if I wanted to. I did, and it ... supplies power without making much noise. I've been using it daily for a month with no problems. 10/10 install was easy and makes electricity.

It is a great power unit. It quiet and delivers enough power for my gaming PC.

Mostly good. Solid price point for the features you get. Fully modular, nice almost 'brilliant white' paint job, Gold rating. Fan is off until it hits a certain load/temp. Only 4 stars because if you're buying a white PSU it's almost primarily about aesthetics and the PSU cables while white don't look great. The way the wires bend on the 24pin makes it look like it's extruding and not a smooth bend like a CableMod cable. For a product like this, Corsair should've committed to making the cables top notch and charge more instead of cheaping out.

Had to make an emergency purchase of this PSU after the plugs I had on one I shipped just wouldn't fit to the motherboard even though they should have. I was initially uncertain as this was a modular and I'd previously had a bad experience with a modular PSU, but all the plus on this one easily slid in and locked securely the first time.
