A: Hi Mudmover, Our power supplies auto detect and switch to allow for the different voltage. You would need to provide an UK power cable to swap out the existing North American power cable included. -Brian
A: Yes,it comes with a PCI-E cable that are 8PINs with the option to pull the last 2 pins away to use as a 6PIN config. My question is will the other cables fit your Dell? I've attached a photo of the PIN.
