You cannot beat this psu for the money. Its quiet and has plenty of juice. All the connections you may need including multiple cpu power 8-pins. Plus corsairs warranty is pretty hard to beat.

The RM850x Corsair PSU was a great find at the time of purchase (Fall 2020). Most computer power supplies are either very difficult to find, or highly marked up during this time. I was lucky to get this model at MSRP.

Great power supply for my 5800x and 3070 however the PCIe cable to plug into my 3070 is really ugly and I suggest maybe getting some other PCIe cable to get a cleaner look but overall this is a great power supply

Nice and quiet power supply. I run a 5900x on it, it delivers good performance without making any noise. Some reviews said that it had some noise issues and it was heating too much, but I haven't had any issues so far.

S Tier PSU, but you have to pay for the quality. Recommend this for any 30 series build, unless you're doing like a 5950x and a Strix 3090, then I'd go for a 1000-1200w just to have some extra OC headroom.

Works very well and I haven't had a problem with it yet. Cables are all in a separate so you pick and choose which ones you need. (Also, you are able to custom use your own cables/design cables to fit your build)

Great PSU, purchased 2 so far. Fan stays off unless a decent load is put on it. Had to use a razor blade to cut off the plastic "removal clip" on a molex connector as space was limited. Not an issue though.

This power supply replaced a 750 bronze. Glad I changed. Clean wiring is much easier when you can choose your own cables and not have useless ones around. Also a bonus is not having to worry about power again.

No issues on install, and very clean modular setup. I feel very happy about a company offering this kind of warranty with a power supply. I will be doing more business with Corsair if this type of quality and assurance Carrie's with other products of theirs

Purchased this power supply for my first build. It works great! It powers all components of my computer and even allows for future upgrades. I bought a lot of Corsair products for this build and they haven't let me down!

Needed to upgrade from my 7 year old cx750m bought from best buy. This rm850x just been amazing so far. The zero rpm fan more is amazing. Never seen the fan kick on once. The fully modular cables are great.

Fantastic power supply. Had no issues installing into a Phanteks P600S case. Love the modular capability of being to plug in the cables you only needs. Had enough power for a 10850k and 2070 super with no issues.

I had a 650w corsair 80 plus bronze semi modular unit and I found this for only $40 more. More power and fully modular, comes with a 10 year guarantee warranty. So this should handle down the road pretty well

I mean... ZERO complaints here, it accepts everything I throw at it, fantastic PSU, still runs perfect after years I'll never buy another brand of power supply

the RMx series of power supplies are one of the best available. Just make sure you get the wattage needed for your system. very nice cables and very nice build quality. Good warranty from corsair. cant go wrong with it.

Corsair PSU’s are the best in the business in my opinion. I’ve had absolutely zero issues with this one and it’s currently running a full custom loop with a 5900x and 3080. Can’t go wrong here.

I got this psu as an upgrade to attempt to fix my broken computer. I don’t use all the plugs it comes with but to have the potential to be able to run two graphics cards, multiple hookups for everything, and unlimited power. It’s super nice.

3rd one of this exact PSU used on a build, no issues with any of them 1 of those is my personal build & used other corsair PSUs over the years with no issues. so strongly recommend Corsair gold & better rated PSUs.
