    This 850 is honestly overkill for my 1080ti / 9700K gaming rig, but I wanted the best possible PSU for it. In my years of experience, I've learned not to cut corners on a PSU - a quality PSU will ensure the safety of the rest of your setup. It's nice to have so much power output headroom that the PSU fan never has to kick on. This gold rated PSU gives me the peace of mind that the components it feeds with run healthy and properly for a long time. Buy with confidence - it's another high quality Corsair product
