A solid power supply and a great value. I only knocked it a star because it was my first modular power supply and there's no warning that you MUST use the cables included with the PSU. Turns out other companies have a different pin configuration on the PSU side. They plugs LOOK the same but the power pin is different. Guess how I learned that? Seems to me that this is something important to point out. Granted, I maybe should have known better (lazy) but the manuals offer warnings for just about every other conceivable hazard.

I upgraded my 10 year old Corsair 850 watt power supply with this one to save money. After doing some math, I figure this power supply will pay for itself over the course of about 3 years with the increased efficiency. Its a much better value than Platinum or Titanium rated power supplies which have a longer ROI than Gold rated supplies.

Top of the line PSU. Fully modular is the way to go

Corsair has always been a powerhouse when it comes to power supplies, and this one is no exception. Have had installed for over a year now without any issue, and is my 4th Corsair unit to have in one of my PC's.

Does what it needs to do! Well built and no issues so far.

This is a solid power supply with modular connectors.

Plenty of power for my rig. Have had 0 problems outs of it.

Runs great, quiet, it is a doing what it's supposed to do.

Good PSU, clean power, runs a 3090 Strix just fine. Only issue is some of the connectors are a little close together so plan ahead before installing the PSU. It is also a little bigger than the Focus PSUs, so be aware if you have a smaller case that this will take some room.

So far I am very pleased. No issues and very quiet

Powerful. It's not even nearly breaking a sweat handling my build's components, and the set up was smooth as well. Additionally, the included bag for storing extra modular cables and two bags of cable zip ties was a sweet addition that I didn't expect, and I'm taking full advantage of both.

Have had this for over a year without any issues. All modular - none of the modular cables have had any issues . Works great powering my system.

Was exactly what I needed for my new Nvidia GTX 1070ti.

I'm pretty happy with this power supply, the included cables don't feel super high quality though and sometimes it makes a high pitched noise during use. But its still a great power supply! It will be future proof for a long time. If your in need of an 850 i felt like this was a good value for my money and its a gold rated power supply. If your looking to build a computer don't cheap out here on the power supply get a good one! Im only giving it 4/5 stars because of the high pitch noise it makes during use.

Good quality power supply, I have had no issues with it so far and at 850w it is a must have for running the latest generation video cards which can be power hungry. The price is also reasonable but this is a purchase you certainly don't want to cheap out on.

I assembled a beast of a system with my old 800w psu but couldn’t pass a stress test. I was skeptical that the psu was the cause but figured it is easier to change than worrying about cooling etc. This immediately let the machine pass. It is also cool and quiet. Downside is an audible clock on all power cycles.

I currently use this power supply in my current pc and used it in a friend's pc build, and is excellent. My only gripe is that for the pcie power cables there arent any which only have an 8 pin connection, it instead comes with a split 2x 8 pin wires per cable.

Nothing but corsair PSU for my builds and I'm never dissapointed. There are a few other good ones out there but I stay with what I know best. I always test my psu's with psu tester before I install them to insure proper voltages a $30 tester saves a lot of guess work
