I suspect the internal fuse blew, but that's not user serviceable, so this PSU was DOA. Thankfully Best Buy accepted the return no issues and no hassle.

Corsair customer service is the worst I’ve ever dealt with so I recommend NOT buying Corsair if you can avoid it
