I was having issues with my supernova G5 850 watt power supply when trying to play Steelrising and A Plague tale on my AMD RX 6800 XT at 4k the screen went black, so I decided to get this power supply and install it in my computer. I went and tried both games out on 4k and test it to make sure it works and it did, not black screen was running smoothly. I believed my older power supply couldn't handle it and was drawling to much power. I have a pretty beefy machine. Motherboard ASUS ROG STRIX B 550-F Processor AMD Ryzen 9 5950X Memory G-Skill Trident Z Neo Series 64GB(2X32) DDR4 3200 SSD Samsung 970 EVO PLUS SSD 1TB M2.NVME SSD Samsung 860 EVO 1TB Western Digital WD4000FYZZ 4TB 64MB Cache 6.0GPS GPU AMD Radeon RX 6800 XT 16GB Computer Case Phantek CPH-ES614PTG_BK CPU Cooler NZXT Kraken X53 RGB PSU- Had A Supernova G6 850 Watt Just upgraded to a RM 1000X 1000 Watt

I recently upgraded to a 4080 gpu and decided to beef up my psu and this one is great. Came with all the cables I needed, but I also bought Corsair gpu cable which made installing perfect.

Was able to get it same day and everything! My computer is actually running quieter now and no issues at all so far. I have iCue running on my computer and its even showing a lower temperature reading since switching to this, which is probably because of my wattage mixup, but nonetheless I'd definitely buy this again in the future if i need one for any of my other computers.

Put it in a new desktop system with the AMD7-7800X3D and a GEFORCE 4080 Super. There is plenty of overhead in the power supply t run the system. I would have appreciated it if it came with the 12pin connector for the 4080/4090 cards, but, the card came with an adapter cable, It's quiet and puts out stable power. Can't ask for too much more from your PSU.
