After a few months of use the scroll wheel has trouble indicating if your scrolling up or down and will just pick both until it finally listens for a frame or 2.

The best mouse I have ever bought, had a razer version and it crapped out in less than a year. Bought this as a replacement and I’m very pleased.

Like the mouse, not the software. In retrospect I would prefer the Logitech for that reason. Other than that I've really enjoyed the mouse for MMO use and general gaming. While I give it 4 stars, if the box it came in want thrown away, I would have returned.

Works great. Having the extra buttons on the side makes gaming easier once you get use to them.

Easily one of the best mice to ever exist. Customize controls on each button, set up macros, works perfect for MMO's, ARPGs, Mobas, and so on. An absolute must have for a multitask gamer.

Perfect mouse for any level of gamer. I work long hours at my computer and then spend hours gaming at the same computer. No matter how long I have to use it for, it never gets uncomfortable. Great bang for its buck.

The mouse itself is very good, the wire is pretty stiff at first and you might need to adjust the sensitivity but that’s with every mouse. The buttons on the side can move to fit where your thumb is most comfortable, and if you download inquest you can remind every button to whatever you please, even macros. Some issues I have are the DPI settings are hard to keep track of if you accidentally hit it, and the M1 can be annoying if you need to hold it down for a long time as you need to press down semi hard for it to register.

The software iCue for the mouse is some of the worst software I've ever used for any peripherals. It's extremely unintuitive, seemingly miles behind GHub (which has its issues!). This alone puts the mouse at a low rating, because you may spend lots of time tinkering with the ugly and dated looking software.

It's awesome to have extra buttons on the side for more hotkeys, the only con is it's hard to place your thumb anywhere without hitting one of the keys...

This is such a cool idea to have a programmable buttons on a Gaming Mouse. I really love the usefulness.

Great gaming mouse. It was definitely time to replace the old one that has been used for years. The new model has better lighting as well.

I’ve seen these mouses in action and have personally used several at friends houses. It’s a fantastic mouse so much so that I wanted one. Although when I received it from Best Buy the packaging and box was all messed up and destroyed, the mouse wouldn’t sync properly and couldn’t be customized so I had to return it. But your experience may differ. This is a very solid feeling mouse with very nice tracking and a responsive click with programmable buttons if you get a good one that’s not all beat up. 5star product, 1star delivery.

Amazing mouse! I love haveing my numberpad on the side of my mouse! its very handy! especially for gaming and photoshop!

Definitely a must have if you play a lot of MMO’s the extra keys making everything super simple w/o having to take your left hand off AWSD keys
