This mouse is perfection in your hand as you glide to domination in your game. The programmable function of this made playing WoW and other MMo games a breeze! It has handle some great gaming sessions and is durable.

This mouse has been my go to for gaming for the last 3 years. The ability to customize/map all the other buttons and to utilize the thumb pad for gaming just makes life easier. Definitely recommend.

What an absolutely superb shape this mouse has. My hand draped over it perfectly and the feel of the mouse is neither greasy nor sticky i.e. a very nice satiny finish. You do need to download the iCue Software and ensure you have the latest version. The website is super easy to use. There are many nice lighting effects and it does match other Corsair products if you like to have keyboard and headsets with similar lighting designs. I felt the ability to make the lighting also dimmer or brighter was very useful and I like dimmer. This mouse does have a 12 button keypad on the right side for your thumb. They are not too small to hit individually so that was great, I’m amazed they could get so many buttons in a small area yet still make it useable. I did take advantage of the ability to slide the 12 button keypad forward or backward to match your thumb size. You need to loosen a screw on the bottom of the mouse and they provide the small hex key tool to loosen it. Beware that the tool is stuck inside the rolled up cord for the mouse and at first I missed it. When done it does lock solid in the position you set. You can adjust many settings using the iCue software for surface calibration, LOD, and even angle-snapping if you want to play around with that. Bottom line is it is a very sophisticated mouse. You can set macros for any of the 12 keypad buttons as well as all the other buttons except 'left click'. It is a simple process using the iCue software, very well thought out. I like it when strong programming goes into the functionality so that the user interface is easier and this iCue software does the trick. I do recommend this mouse as it feels so nice in your hand, has plenty of customization and plays very precisely. What a great little mouse.

This is my first gaming mouse that I could program multiple buttons. It was a great feature and the mouse operated perfectly. The software that you can program is a bit hard to use but once you have been using it the program wasn't to bad. I really liked the buttons and wheel of this mouse. I would purchase another one to replace this one but it feels like it will last a while.

This mouse was gifted to me for a birthday as I wanted to get started into gaming. My friend bought me this and another one of their custom keyboards and i though they were amazing. This mouse is very ergonomic and can move around well. It looks amazing and when my room kicks on with all my LEDS, this just adds to that immersive look as I walk in. This product is amazing, and I would definitley reccomend this to a friend. I hope this finds you well in pondering your decision for a great over all mouse.

Love the mouse, but I'm on my second one. First one the right click stopped working, so I had to buy a new one. and now with this second one the mouse scroll wheel is scrolling up when I scroll down. Ill probably end up getting a third though because in the end I do like the mouse. Both of them lasted about a year. maybe the third can make it to two.

I primarily use this to play final fantasy online and I regret not getting this sooner. Takes alittle bit to get used to but it feels nice im my hand and moves smoothly.

Best MMO gaming mouse I've ever used, This is my 3rd of them over the last 8 years I've been raiding in FFXIV and I legitimately wouldn't pick another mouse. Survives my rapid clicking and queuing of actions for 3-4 years at a time

This is my first MMO gaming mouse. I use a non claw grip, and the size of the mouse fits my hand well. The buttons have two textured columns so you can feel the 12 buttons on the side easily and tell where you are. The buttons can be removed and positions adjusted to your personal comfort which I find very useful. The Icue Corsair software is simple to use to adjust RGB, customized macros, dpi etc. I found it simple and quick to get my new mouse setup and running. I mainly play WoW and I found this mouse great for raiding and keeping my hands off the keyboard and on the mouse more with all the extra buttons. Mouse feels great, buttons feel good and would highly recommend it as a first time MMO gaming mouse user.

Received this and it was fairly easy to set up. Took some time to get all of the programs set up but that was about as expected. The main problem was the overall comfort during game play. This particular design cause some fatigue during long game play. For short games and brief periods it was OK however when used for an hour or more did cause some fatigue not experienced with other. At first thought the words would be a problem however didn’t have as much of a impact as I originally thought

The mouse feels nice. Corsair icue constantly does not run properly or needs fixed in task manager to use properly. Over all I've had a mixed reception to this. The lack of "custom buttons" like other mice that show mouse button 2-4 means games that use the majority of keys can not have specific ones easily assigned with out major remaps. The physicality of the mouse is amazing and though near every week it fails and I need to close a game mid run to fix, I kept it.

Mouse looks and feels awesome. Having the multiple side keys was a first for me. I really liked that you were able to adjust the position of the keys to fit your hand and playing style. The movement of the mouse vs. reaction time is fast and feels fluent with the gaming. I used it playing Pubg and Tarkov. The reason I gave it four stars was do to the lack of directions on how to assign each of the keys (I had to YouTube the information) and I wish you could also adjust the thumb pad on the left. Other than that it is a very nice gaming mouse.

Pros: The mouse shape is super comfortable. It’s made out of quality materials—the metal plate on the bottom is a nice touch. The side buttons work well and as expected. Adjustable positioning is a nice touch. Cons: In my opinion, the versatility of this mouse is limited. If you are an mmo/MOBA gamer this could be an ideal setup. But those who focus on FPS or play a variety of games may want a more traditional setup on their gaming mouse. This did not affects my rating as in my opinion the mouse performed as intended.

I had high hopes for this mouse because I've been a fan of corsair products for many years. So i switched from my Razer peripherals to Corsair for matching aesthetics sake. I bought the k100 RGB mechanical keyboard with the cherry mx speed switches, I loved it so, I bought this mouse to match... big...mistake.. Round 1...what was wrong the mouse wheel had this horrible squeaking when scrolling and it was loud, terribly annoying; and it was hard to click (i 3d model and i use the middle mouse wheel to tumble the camera while i model, so i used it a lot. A hard to press button simply would not do) The RMA...(A fighting experience) I fought for two weeks via email with a Corsair representative to RMA this defective product, it was unnecessarily hard. The representative didnt seem to have any knowledge of the product i was returning either (he asked for the serial number on the buttom of the mouse...the Scimitar RGB elite has NOTHING on the buttom...no numbers, no words....no nothing. So I gave him the information on the box.) After we finally got through the initial information exchange, i was apparently expected to pay for shipping on this defective product, No... no sir i simply will not. So after another few days i got a pre paid shipping label (which really should have been included to begin with) and sent it back to Corsair. The new mouse The squeaking is gone, which is nice; but the button is still hard to press and the scrolling noise is very loud, especially compared to my razer mouse i switched from. the mouse buttons are easy to press, yet the middle mouse click is very difficult, two completely different pressures for one product making it awkward and uncomfortable to use. The sliding side panel Works as advertised, its nice to be able to move it to adjust your personal thumb reach. The key it comes with to adjust it is a little difficult to use, i almost ended up stripping the hole it goes in, and the black paint on the end chipped off, cheap. I honestly would not recommend this mouse to anyone and I dont think i would take another chance in purchasing another corsair mouse. I wouldnt mind paying a little more for a superior product that at least looks like its trying. Great mouse and easy to use/configure. The different textures make it easy to cycle through keybinds and build muscle memory.
