budget gaming ram it does the job, if you’re new to gaming pcs get this to start out with and upgrade from there

My son built his desktop gaming computer from scratch, and this worked perfectly to expand his RAM. Thanks to the Best Buy rep in the store, we bought this one on sale, vice a less capable version that cost more.

I bought this because the 8GB ram I had before was slowing down my gameplay. When I installed it I immediately noticed a good speed change which allowed my computer to have more tabs open and games operate more smoothly.

Installed it into my computer, worked as soon as i turned my computer on. Ram works great and my background programs run so much better.

I bought this exact same RAM (16GB) in 2018, never had any issues with it, turned on XMP since day 1, I just added 16GB more, all work as expected. 10/10

I don't usually use more than 16gb of ram, but it's nice to know my computer isn't but swapping with my hard drive when I have too many tabs open and I'm playing a game. The only time I've been about to Max out my memory usage was when I make a Photoshop image at an absurdly large resolution, which it handled fairly well considering my cpu was there bottleneck at that point.

I had Gskill trident and decided to "downgrade" to these with 2 kits, turns out they actually perform the same if not better.

I purchased this to help the performance my grandsons computer. He does a lot of gaming and this memory upgrade made a huge difference!!!

Game changer. Noticed a little lag on higher performing games prior to this purchase. As soon as I installed it, noticeable difference.

16 gigs is the minimum you want to run on a gaming pc, was glad I was able to get it locally instead of ordering it, my brothers happy with his gift.

Great memory, I have been using it for a few years, and have no problems, so I decided to upgrade by doubling the memory that I have by getting another kit.

I must start talking about my purchase experience. The pricing, as a geek squad member was less expensive at BB than any other retailer. The service of the installers was great as I opted for them to take away my old equipment. This was the easiest, hands-off installation i had for a while. Lastly, the Bosh Dryer is quiet and easy to use. Is so quiet that if it wasn't for the lights, I wouldn't know it was on. I just had it for a month. So, i hope it continues working as good as it has. Also, its very spacious and the dishes are clean even when I don't pre-wash.

Best Buy has amazing deals on RAM and SSDs as of late. Combine that with price matching from MicroCenter and you've got a great place to shop!
