1 of the sticks was defective out of the box so I exchanged it and after 3 months I started getting bsods again and after weeks of troubleshooting again was brought back to the problematic nature of these LP ram sticks. Not worth the hassle imo. Not saying the ones you get will be bad but I like to just forget about stuff and have everything work, not spend hours driving back and fourth to exchange and then dozens of hours troubleshooting issues months down the line.

I'm sure the RAM itself is fine when it works, but mine arrived faulty, causing intermittent crashing issues.

One of the stick is defective out of the box. After installation, my computer randomly shuts down. Memtest86 tests all failed.

One stick was good and one stick was bad. Sounds like a common issue.

We built a new PC for game development in Unity 3D. The system was locking up in BIOS, so we removed 3 of the memory. The BIOS did not lock up. We then tested each of the chips in the correct #2 slot (the motherboard manual said to use for 1 memory chip). Sometimes it would lock up on boot and give us a black screen and sometimes it would make it into BIOS and then lock up. In BIOS, as long as we were suing the mouse or keyboard, it would not lock up. Only if we did nothing for 20 to 30 seconds it would lock up. We flashed the BIOS, reinstalled all 4 chips (64Gig total) and the operating system install went off flawlessly. The BIOS issue could have been from the CPU, Memory or Video Card. We let the computer run for three days, getting updates and installing other software. Never once has it locked up. CORSAIR - Vengeance LPX 32GB (2PK 16GB) 2.4GHz PC4-19200 DDR4 DIMM is the product I am writing the review for. The computer hardware fully came from Best Buy during the 2019 Black Friday and Pre-Black Frida events. AMD Ryzen 3800X Processor, 64Gig ram DDR4 Memory, NVIDIA XLR8 1660 4K Overclocked Video Card, ASUS ROG Strix B450-F motherboard, Western Digital 500Gig M.2 SSD Drive, Corsair 220T RGB ATX Mid-Tower. We believe the BIOS flash was needed mainly due to the CPU being a 3rd Gen Ryzen 7 CPU and the motherboard being a 1st & 2nd Gen Motherboard. We are doing game development, not competition gaming. It was more important to have 64Gig Ram for handling the 12 kilometers and 16 kilometers 3D maps. If we went with the faster memory, it would have put us over our budget. The difference between the 2400 and 3200 memory is only about 5 to 25 FPS in certain situations. 235 FPS vs 255 FPS is of no concern for us in game development. Some test showed 260 FPS to 265 FPS. The money was better put to the faster CPU and overclocked 4K video card for our purposes. Also, most of the FPS is due to the type video card in the system, but memory does have an impact.
