Owned for 3 months when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.i had a stick go bad on me and it caused me some headaches, although im a corsair fan, so this review was just for this one time, as i have so many other corsair products that are fabulous. i have to give three stars as i called corsair and they wanted receipt. i lost it and now im stuck with a dead stick. its not like they are out of warranty either, i just don't have the receipt. They have only been making them for a bit, and personally and honestly, it shouldn't matter who has them, if they break and they are under warranty they should replace them

Overheating problem

The LEDs on the RAM should be putting out a very negligible amount of heat. If you're system is warming up, there may another source in your system that is outputting more heat. Please feel free reach out to our support for assistance: support.corsair.com
