Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.If you're trying to play with ram timings and customization and whatnot you should probably go for another model/brand. probably the pickiest sticks of ram i've ever owned. and on my board (msi z370 gaming plus) you have to use the xmp and manually input the 1.35 voltage or they wont do the advertised clocks. i think i even had to manually do the timings as well. 16x18x18x36. sad that i remember this. the size of these sticks can get in the way. my noctuas barely fit over these things. so if u have a bulky aoi or fan setup it's probably not worth the headache. also these are supposedly samsung dies. i think its pretty much a given that they arent- the timings give it away. on the plus side, i bought these when they were much cheaper than the low profile counterparts. but like i said, you wont get to tweak the numbers. and if u do it's neglible and a waste of time. if you just want some stable sticks of ram that perform decent and are on sale this isnt so bad. hope this helps

I would recommend this to a friendBuy from anywhere else but Best Buy!
