But the sound quality just isn’t the best. I’ve gone through the settings on my pc time and time again and it just doesn’t sound great.

So much potential but a fail for now!

The headset being uncomfortable was something I was trying to deal with but the mic messing up was the breaking point. My favorite part of the headset was the ability to adjust the volume for music on the right side and left side for gaming. Maybe I will come back to these later once they work out the issues, but for now this is a hard NO for me!

Im having trouble loving this purchase. Its great when everything is working.. and thats MOST of the time.. but its a headache when things aren't working and ao many steps to fix things. When you pay this much... Hard to justify a 5 star ranking with the problems ive had.
