After having this headset for a couple of months I can say I do enjoy it ! the headset is great for shooter games and for discord calls

These worked incredibly well for 5 months, then just stopped. RMA'd and the issue remains, significant static/distortion of audio when on wireless. Audio/mic is similar to $50 wired headsets. When it worked the wireless was nice.

Review: coming from two roommates that wore Astro A40's I cannot with these headphones. Everything sounds like its in a can. I have the vibe that having the built-in amplifier is diminishing the quality, to my ears at least. There's even a noticeable difference in audio playback from recorded clips when the Virtuosos are processing the audio (I can share clips for reference.) It just doesn't seem as mechanically capable. I don't understand how reviews across the internet are favoring the Virtuosos. Playing Apex, I can't really tell how far out fights are. I did get a good directional sense from them, yet somehow still felt disoriented. Once enough sounds start going off at the same time, it just comes through as a slightly distorted mess. These things could very well just be their brand hardware mixing, but I did play with their software mixer. It did ultimately nothing for the overall sound aside from what seemed like some volume adjustments. Not only am I unimpressed, I'm nearly disgusted with the experience. I'm sure some of this is coming from a place of unfamiliarity, given I've used Astros for like 3 years, but I at least notice a jump in quality when I experience it. These seemed to have no upgrade from any standpoint aside from their visual design. I'll also admit that the leather ear pads are not comfortable to roomate B. Roomate A loves ear cuffs personally. Astros use fabric ear covers and are breathable. The corsairs had me feeling pressure at all times, surely being a factor of what was disorienting me. All in all, I can admit to a degree of bias, but I can't let that dismiss all the negative of my experience. If I go wireless, It'll likely have to be A50s.

Short and sweet if you want the best sounding wireless headset for gaming get the Astro A50s if you got the cheese for it. I cheaped out buying these with high hopes all the YouTube videos weren’t paid for buy Corsair (pretty sure they were). These headsets probably do shine in certain situations but I’m not sure what that would be. But the sound I get seems somewhat artificial and hollow. I’ve read eq setting tips and tricks. I tried settings people recommended for the specific game I was playing and nothing has compared to the out of box sound I get with my Astro A40 TRs. I will be returning these and paying the difference for the Astro A50s.

These are amazing. Quality construction and materials. Feels great, looks great, and sounds fantastic. Blew my expectations out if the water.

I use them for gaming and with a little adjustment on its software they work more than great would definitely recommend

Had to return the Razer Nari Ultimate for these. Easy setup and works awesome. Love that you can connect to the PC in three different ways.

This is the best wireless headset out there. My only complaint is how the headband begins to get uncomfortable after a few hours.

Sound was awesome. But the slipstream does not work at all. After wearing the headphones for more then an hour they physically hurt my ears. They will be going back

Great sounding head phones but they are just toooo loose on my head. I’ve never had over the ear headphones slide right off my head when I looked down. Didn’t even have them for 2 hours before returning them.

I got them for my fiancé and she loved them. The quality is nice but Corsairs software is hot garbage

Felt fine on the headand ears. But the microphone was busted my friends said i sounded crackly and alienish. The on off switch for it was very confusing. Way to expensive for a below than average headset

This headset really is worth the price. Mic is really good about not picking up background noise and the speakers are absolutely amazing.

Great wireless connection and clarity! It is very easy to use and can wear it for hours without any problems.

Fantastic headset, my only complaint is my ears press up against the speakers, but they sell thicker earmuffs.

Great quality looks like it will hold up against a rough gamer feels great when you have it on both ears or only one
