I love the sound and feel of the product. However I’m have had a terrible time getting the Corsair ICue software and drivers to work properly. Switching from wired to wireless mode is not very seemless as you’d think it should be. In wireless mode I would sporadically loose sound quality and when I switched to wired mode the mic wouldn’t work. Finally got wired mode to work after uninstalling the Corsair program and using the windows drivers ... but now the type C charge poet is feeling loose, so I’m a little worried that it will break or fail with continued use. I feel like perhaps I got a bad apple out of the bunch which is disappointing because I absolutely love the feel and the sound of this headset.

i bought these and loved them after a week of use my complaint waas the left ear cup gived way and ear would touch inside wall making my ear sore if corsair fixed this they would be superior and they need to lower the price to 149 other wise they did sound good and great mic but cheaped out on the ear cuffs

Ended up going with the Virtuoso since I already had other Corsair products and I can deal with iCUE software (which still needs some work). When it's wired it's excellent, but I deal with random drops and sound quality issues when wireless. Overall a good set of headphones, but can't say they're worth $200.

A great wireless headset, the iCue software leaves some features to be lacking and it doesn’t seem the huge transceiver gives better range than a smaller type (like Razer) but it sure does stick out. Out of the box EQ sounds off. So maybe 5 stars for $150, but $200 is maybe too high.

The bass is kinda lack luster on the headset but all around its a great build. The top band part can also be more cushioned. Only buy the headset if you like the looks of it, besides that it doesn’t offer more than corsairs other bluetooth headsets.

      Hi,

We do not have any bluetooth headsets whatsoever. Not yet at least. Thanks for the feedback! And if you need assistance with setting up a more bass-heavy profile, please let us know.

Hands down one of the best gaming head sets I have ever used. Long battery life charged though USB C is great and so is the sound quality and comfort.

Really like them. Install the app and just add a bit of bass and the sound is good. It’s so nicely made and looks brand new when my Sony MX4 headset is already wearing out the pleather on the headset. Aftermarket pads are a $20 investment that provides a much better seal. Don’t pay much more than $200 and the MX has Bluetooth.

Sounds quality and build quality are the best. They feel like really premium headphones. The only down side is the hear pads, they could have use thicker ones.

Easily the best headset I’ve ever had. The sound quality of games, music and others talking is superior to any other headset. I’ve used a lot of different brands but these by far are the cream of the crop. Build quality is great and actually feels well built unlike others that are just cheap plastic. Worth every penny!

Purchased this headset because I was looking for a wireless headset for my PS4. For the price point, they seemed like a great choice. Plus they had so many good reviews. Build quality was superb and I felt like I was wearing some high end headphones hu ones. However, sound was decent but not what was expected. Lackluster in the lows primarily. These are geared more towards PC users rather than PS4 users. Equalizer settings and RBG lights can only be saved and programmed through the buggy application on a PC and do not carry over when connected to your PS4. They remain the default settings with the default lighting (light blue). Microphone sounded awesome. Got a lot of compliments on how clear I sounded. In the end, I returned them for the SteelSeries Arctis Pro wireless. I do not regret my decision.

I was debating between getting a nice set of headphones for listening to music and a gaming headset. These are great for both! Something to keep in mind: they don’t have Bluetooth. If you’re using it with the PS4/5 or a PC, you can use the included usb dongle. It was plug and play. I didn’t have to fiddle with any settings to make these work. For PC: there is a program called iCue that you need to get to make these have full functionality (7.1 surround sound). The design is amazing. Very premium look and feel. You could easily take the microphone off and no one would think they were a gaming headset. The volume gets very loud without sounding distorted. Everything comes through crystal clear. The bass has a very satisfying warm ness without being over the top punchy. However, there is a lot of bass response if you like that. Overall, the headset is comfy. The ears are spacious, which is usually a problem for me because my ears are sensitive. The top band could be slightly more comfortable, but it’s still very nice. These are a must buy, in my opinion, if you’re looking for a headset that you can transition from listening to music on your pc or other device to playing games with no sacrifice to quality of either.

Overall one of the best options for wireless PC gaming headsets. The setup is simple, the 7.1 hifi sound is as good as you would expect from a premium headset in this price bracket. Corsair iCue compatibility is the cherry on top if you're into color coordinating your RGB and have mostly corsair peripherals and components. Having used this headset for about 30+ hours, the delay for being a wireless headset is barely noticeable at the worst points. And the gunmetal finish screams quality as far as the overall feel goes. 5/5.
