Been through a lot of headsets. I love the mic and the surround sound. This headset is definitely better than some of the more expensive headsets.

Decent headset with good audio and great mic quality, but uncomfortable materials. It didnt fit my head, which caused uncomforable pressure that no adjustments would fix. The earpads can also get hot and uncomfortable during longer sessions. Default mic quality is great, but can be achieved by other headsets using EQ software that comes with a lot of headsets these days. In my opinion there are better, more comfortable, more customizable options on the market at the same pricepoint.

Great presentation and comfort. Product is sturdy and accesories are well made. Sound quality is great but the bass could be better. Don't purchase if you plan on using wireless for xbox as it only works wired to controller. Xbox does not support wireless dongle. Mic clarity and noise cancellation is excellent. Overall for PC it is a nice addition for gamers. The surround sound is premium and hard to improve on. Definitely recommend for those currently using iCue as their ecosystem for PC. It is a big step up from voids pro. Would only recommend buying at a sale price.

Build Quality is excellent. Sound quality both wired and wireless is excellent. Mic quality is by far superior to most headsets. My only issue is that in wireless mode it will often cut out and in.

I would give it 5 stars but it claims to work with consoles and it doesn’t 100%. The volume and mute button on the headset it’s self will not work unless it’s on pc. Other than that it’s a great headset. I really enjoy how comfortable it is especially with glasses.

The build quality is amazing, performance is amazing, the only thing I didn’t like about it was that the eat him touched my ears and my sons ears and it starts to hurt after a while. I had to go with the arctis pro wireless. But for the money, this is one of the best headsets around.

Best Wireless headset for the money!

Great all around headset. You get Hi-Fi audio when using USB wired mode. You get a microphone that is just very slightly lesser than a Yeti microphone, by far the best headset mic I’ve ever used. Battery life in wireless mode is good overall, and headset automatically shuts off in wireless mode if it is laid down for very long and not being worn. The two places of improvement on the headset would be comfort, you have to reposition them here and there especially during the break-in period with the leather. I wouldn’t call it a headset to wear non-stop all day long that’s for sure, but for 2-3 hour play sessions comfort has been fine. The other place for improvement is in the EQ settings out of the box. Coming from a steel series Arctis 5 I thought the Virtuoso sounded like a letdown until I found good EQ settings, now it blows my Arctis 5 away. All-in all, this is easily the best headset for the money at Best Buy when on sale for around $180. The build quality is amazing and the sound and microphone are fantastic! Definitely recommend this wireless headset I give it an A if you are willing to give it a week or two to try it first and fiddle with finding the EQ settings you like.

Heavy and painful on the head and ears! Otherwise, it is a extremely well built all metal headset. The mic is a little short in length but preforms admirably! Returned for a Razer Blackshark V2 Pro!

The sound quality is okay not mind blowing for the price but still good for me the best part is the fact that I play pc and PS4 and in like many headsets when you connect this into the PS4 remote it doesn’t turn off the wireless connection to the pc so it’s amazing i can chill in discord chat and still play Spider-Man or join in a chat in PS4 and still play modern warfare on the pc without using normal chat and I think that makes up for the okay sound and it makes these some of the most useful headphones I have bought

Great headset. Doesn’t sound too good out of the box but after some EQ tweaking it’s really great. Only downside is after a few hours the very top of the headband can become a bit uncomfortable. The mic quality is rated as great through my online friends too.

The most audiophile headset without paying the audiophile headset price. I think these are great just wish the clamping pressure wasn't as tight as it is. Thats a big down side for me as well as the faux leather ear cups. I am a fan of the soft material not the leather crap. Thought it want a big deal but with the clamping pressure its just not the best I've used for fitting me. Sound on the other hand is freaking great! Especially when plugged in, you'll hear things in another universe.

Finally a multi functional headset, and it feels premium! Loved it so much I got my friend to buy it and he’s enjoying it. Definitely a surround sound feel to it. My only negative thing is that it can cause some discomfort from the top of the headset if not positioned right. I have a big head so I’m sure others are able to find a way to have it be more comfortable. Just be sure to update the drivers on PC. Really nice how I can go from wired to wireless anytime with ease too.

Pros: Sound was pretty good, microphone quality was too notch for a wireless headset, it looked great. Cons: Very shallow ear cups, plan on your ears touching the drivers, this headset is HEAVY, the headband has next to no padding. Combining the weight of the headset with the lack of padding on the headband and this became uncomfortable to wear after a half hour, and painful to wear after an hour. I had to return them due to the comfort issues.

The sound quality is phenomenal & the mic is great too. Only dislike was how fast the headphones died with the lights on. If you keep the lights on they die almost instantly so I had to turn the lights off. Other than that Im happy with them.

I had to get wireless ear headphones because my cat kept chewing through the cord on other headphones I had been using. The sound is alright with these but definitely has a tin quality to it. I had to mess with the EQ extensively to get them to sound even a little better. They also are not real friendly with glasses. I have to be careful how long I wear them or my head will absolutely hurt. Like other people said the ear cups are pretty small. My ear definitely touches the inside but I don't really notice unless I'm actively thinking about it. I don't know that I would buy them again with how much they cost and how they sound but they're good enough that returning them seemed like to much of a hassle. They advertise the slipstream and get mouse and everything to work on one dongle also, what they leave out is that this is in Beta and you have to flash the dongle for it to work.
