Purchased those after returning a refurbished pair for trying to save money and they work amazing! The sound and microphone quality are amazing, I continuously get asked what headset and mic I am using when gaming online.

I was happy at the beginning, good sound quality but... Within a week of using it, the dongle started flashing red. and I started having connection issues. after reading the forum I notice that a lot of people are having the same issue. I'm planning on returning the product.

Overall it’s a good headset. Sounds nice and clear and does exactly what I needed it to do.

These sound amazing! They also work great with the XBOX Console Companion app. I had issues with other headsets before with getting chat and game audio to mix. I do not have this issue any more! The build quality is amazing!

I really like the headset even without dolby atmos. The windows spacial sound is fine for me. I wish it would connect wirelessly to my xbox one x but it does work in a wired setup. The headset is well built and feels like a quality device.

I came from a Senheisser Game Zero which in my opinion is better than this. I would not have replaced it if it had not broken and wanted to try a new wireless headset. The good: - Wireless (I can't tell a difference from wired and wireless on this headset. - One of the best microphone in my opinion for a headset as of the early 2020 (better than the SE version). The bad: - Headphone cushion is too short, I don't have a big head or big ears but the tip of my ears hits the drivers making it uncomfortable for long sessions. - Battery life is rather short, 2-3 hour session before it dies (4-5 hours before it beeps at me with RBG off). - Sound is meh, not bad but also not great. Bottom line is know what you are getting, for an almost $200 price point you could get a great set of headphones and a Blue Yeti microphone which would be better than this. I paid for the convenience of wireless and not having a mic in front of my monitor while I'm playing games and on discord.

These are great in the way of sound. Better so when connected via usb, but the wireless is decent. The issue I had with these is the size of the cup on the cans. It is very shallow, allowing your ears to hit the inside and cause sweating and irritation over a short period of time. If it wasn't for this I'd give them 5 stars.

This headset works great with my PS4 Pro. I like everything about the headset from the looks to the lighting effects. The sound is great on all games on PS4 and the mic quality is probably one of the best headset mics out there right now

This headset is amazing. I can’t recommend it enough. I use it mainly for music and gaming. Pros: - sound quality - comfort - looks/design Cons: - Out of box sound could be better, although they can sound amazing with proper equalizer settings. I personally recommend using Equalizer APO + Peace Add-on to really make the headset shine, I wasn’t a fan of using Corsair’s built-in iCue equalizer to adjust sound settings. Once tweaked with, this headset is definitely worth the buy. Highly recommend.

Only reason I don't give the headset a 5 star review is because of the material of the headband. After using the headset, I found I had to take it off after about 3 hours of use due to how it rests. Felt it press too hard on my head. For a $200 headset, you would think that CORSAIR could do a better job with the headband so that it doesn't press into your head. Other than that, can't really complain.

The headset definitely has a high build quality and you can tell the exterior isn’t made cheaply. The microphone quality is better than most, while the actual sound quality is very low compared to other headsets. Not very comfy if you wear them for more than an hour. Overall it’s a decent headset but I wouldn’t pay $200 again for something mediocre

Really good build quality doesn’t feel cheap. Audio drops out every 20 min or so just for a second.

These headphones are unbelievable. My son has had at least 10 headphones and these are be far, his favorite one. He doesn’t use the others now since he got this headphone. My son said they are crystal clear and great for gaming.

I have only used this headset with a pc. It takes time to get it right but once you do it's a great headset. If its giving you problems remember to set all your sound options to default and work through it from there (even the in-game settings) and definitely use the icue software to really fine tune it. If you have the patience to set it up right this headset is the best wireless option for pc in this price range.

These things are an enigma to me. They are really comfortable, albeit a little loose for my tastes. The Mic is literally perfect and everyone I played with said I sounded like we were playing couch co-op right next to each other. The bad is the weird decision to not allow sound profiles to be saved to the headset and the inability to utilize the surround sound option when not connected directly to the software. For this reason I can 100% recommend these to someone who only plays PC and has no intention of playing them on any other console because the moment it is disconnected from the PC it resumes its base EQ settings and loses the ability to access to surround sound. Just an oddity for how expensive these are.

After a month of consistent use, this is hands down the best headset I have found. The sound quality is incredible and they are very comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. Also very nice that they’re compatible with PS4

For what its worth, this headsets build quality is top notch and feels comfortable on the head. The mic is also very nice, all my friends on Discord have told me how much better it sounds. Unfortunately, thats where the pros stop. The main thing you want to buy headphones for are audio fidelity, which this headset definitely lacks. Corsair, for whatever reason, decided to lockout any of the spatial audio codecs such as Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos and DTS Headphone X in their most recent firmware for their iCue software. I have used Atmos ever since it came out and now I cant. The built in 7.1 mode in iCue. It significantly reduces audio clarity and sounds like a jumbled mess. I've had these for 1 day and used them for 4 hours and they will be going back to Best Buy.

Sounds amazing! The build quality is excellent, not flimsy and doesn't feel like it's going to snap trying to put it on. The rgb is a pretty nice touch. Haven't had any problem using them wireless or wired.
