Since owning I’ve yet to find anything comparable in quality, sound, and ease of use. Since building a PC I went full out Corsair; I originally purchased the VOID Pro. Wasn’t satisfied with those headphones and purchased these. I must say they’re great and light. Aesthetically pleasing, see less connectivity with ICUE. Corsair outdid themselves with this product.

I purchased a fairly expensive headset and have nothing but issues. The unit constantly disconnects from my PCs (even with it plugged directly into the PC via USB cable). Both teams and zoom constantly crash due to this headset on one of my PCs, with the headset connecting / disconnecting and freezing up my entire machine for a minute or 2 each time. On top of that, the volume wheel stopped working as expected within 2 weeks of the purchase. Corsair support has been anything but helpful. I bought the headset because it is comfortable to wear, but it has ended up being a nightmare and one of my worst purchases of all time.

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.so far, so good, has a battery save mode, if you lay your headphones down without charging them, they will go into sleep mode. the only concern or sort of a question i have is if it stays in plugged into the charger, will it kill the battery? if it says it fully is charged by displaying the solid green color, and it stays in the charger will it somehow kill the battery?

Just a reminder, SE actually has worse mic sound than the normal one. For me there's just no way to use it. I used Void at length 6 before this one (it goes all the way to length 10 btw). The max length of Virtuoso is about length 2 on the Void, plus it's way tighter. Another weird choice is the surround sound, and it's even worse than it on Void. Stereo sounds so much better so I guess you want to use that anyway,

I was not impressed with the sound at all. The steel series impressed me more but I went with this because I have a lot of Corsair components and wanted them to match, plus I liked the look. However they are very big and clunky feeling. After 10 months the ear cushions started deteriorating and falling apart as well…

Thank you for your feedback. Have you tried our EQ presets in our iCUE software? You may also create a custom EQ that tailors to your ears. In regard to the ear cushions - please contact support via our website, we'd be happy to provide replacements.
