You can’t use the Bluetooth system. You can’t use the volume wheel.You can’t mute the mic. you can only use it if you have the ox cord connected.

The VIRTUOSO headset does not have Bluetooth. It works wirelessly via the provided USB wireless dongle, which is compatible with both PC and PlayStation. Xbox requires a 3.5mm connection. If you have any questions, we'd be happy to help: support.corsair.com

Ear pads & headband fall apart, Volume goes crazy

Purchased these at the end of 2019 (so I've had them for a little over 2 years). The earpads and headband "leather" have just feel apart and has been doing so since day one. Now the volume doesn't work but only when it wants to. If I bump the headphones on my own shoulder the volume will do up, down, or wherever it chooses without ever touching the volume button. They have never been dropped, only ever worn and placed right back on the LED Corsair stand that I also bought (stand is great). Do NOT recommend at the price I paid.

But about 6 months down the road they started to disconnect and shut off when playing video games. Had to shut it off and turn back on to get it to work again. Also hear a lot of crackling in the sound.
