They could be too tight for people with larger heads (including myself). With the price of 200 dollars it soes not seem very worth it.

Great hardware with bad software

All components but my mouse are made by Corsair and I have absolutely loved them so figured why not. This may just be specific to me be I had nothing but issues with the mic on mine and had to return it. The output always worked but the mic would 9 times out of 10 be non functional. I'd have to unplug the dongle and plug it back in, then reinstall the driver just to get the mic working. This was just too much to spend on a headset to have these kind of problems. I ended up going with the wired Logitech G Pros and not a single problem was seen from them.

Horrible sound quality. Sounds hollow.

Tried the eq settings on icue got better but still horrible. I tried tonworknwith it for a week and returning them right now as I type. My Corsair HS60 pros were way cheaper and way more powerful sounding. Unfortunately the headset died which left me on the market looking. Hoping to find something better.

The wireless range isn't the best, I only get about 20-30ft but they advertise up to 60ft.

Best Buy website said it would work. I called Corsair since the box did not say it was compatible with Xbox and Imac and they said it would work. I used it for Imac and sound worked but chat did not. I thought I'd keep it because I was saving for a new tv to use for Xbox. Now I have new tv and tried it on Xbox and it was the same thing, no chat. I did not get my new tv fast enough and Best Buy wont exchange it. Now I have a $200 brick... thanks!

You'd need to use the 3.5mm jack connector with XBOX, I'm afraid, and for mac you'd just have to download the correct software: https://www.corsair.com/us/en/icue-mac
