It's cool, but it's made of perforated metal so it's literally impossible to clean. So the logo is a little mucked up.

They worked very well AT FIRST and I loved using them with spatial sounds on my windows computer. I have only had them for a little over a year now and the headphones are horrible. They are adult owned, kept very clean, and are in a safe location. I have not even dropped these headphones once and I am experiencing problems. The cord to plug into the pc no longer works and keeps disconnecting my headphones. So I have to use them wirelessly. The sound quality is not that great wirelessly. The sound is now also very grainy. It has nothing to do with the settings. I have checked everything. The BIGGEST problem I have had with these headphones is the volume knob on the headset. It does not work at all. No matter which way I turn the knob, it turns my volume all the way down. It does not work and it the biggest flaw with the headset. I would NOT recommend this headset. It is VERY overpriced .

For the price, you can get a far better pair of headphones with better quality. These headphones produce crispy mid and high end sounds, but little to no deeper ones. The detachable mic is pretty awesome and the wireless capability is great.

Using the eq to get everything perfect for your sound taste is beneficial. Battery life is ok once I read to turn off the rgb on the side it lasted a little longer. Would definitely recommend to my friends.

It shuts off saying it’s out of charge but once I connect it to the charger it jumps up to 100% charged Then 30 mins later it dies again and keeps doing crazy stuff like that which of course ruins my gaming sections big time And I hope I can return this

Anytime I would talk or if my friends would talk, they would hear an echo just because of my headset. you couldn't hear any footsteps or anything you can't adjust any of the settings.

And sorry to hear, but please note that XBOX is not the only console that exists. These would work well (even wirelessly) with a PS4. I'm afraid that for XBOX you'd be limited to using them with the 3.5mm jack as you've experienced, but the issues you're seeing are not normal. Got a replacement and got the same thing. Turns out it’s the software. And if you update the firmware to accept multiple devices with iCue it doesn’t work and bricks the headset.
