Just got these a few days ago and the ear cups were the most uncomfortable headset I've owned. But there is a another Ear-cup you can get with more depth and comfortable. Great sound, poor comfort. they physically gave me headaches after 1-2 hours of gaming. My ears were resting on the inside walls of the cups, and they also touched the tops and bottoms of my ears causing pain and discomfort, and the batteries lasted no where near 16 hours. Funny story, as I was in line to return them, another guy turned around and said he just returned his for the same reason! I got the Void rgb elite for $75 and the sound differences are almost undistinguishable. I do not recommend them at all.

Although it’s a gaming headset, I purchased this to use it while working at home. I expected more from a headset at this price point. The battery last about 40 mins before having to recharge and you cannot connect to your mobile phone.

Best Buy’s description for this headset says it works on Xbox one. These do not work on Xbox. I couldn’t get them to work so I called the Consair company to ask they told me they aren’t compatible.

They are compatible, but not in wireless or USB mode, and only 3.5mm jack.

I love this headset. I have used many and these are my favorite to use by far. there are a few things I don't like but those are few and most of my other headsets are the same as well. first for the few things I don't like. my biggest gripe is that the mic does not move up. I prefer a mic that will mute as you raise it. (as well as a button to mute). at times I might want a snack or to eat and watch movies etc. or even game still. so I like to be able to raise the mic and have it mute. I also do not like how the charge cord comes off the back more. if you need to charge and still want to game, for me it comes out and into my shoulder. not to comfortable. when not charging, they feel great. I also would like to be able to adjust the color on the tip of mic. at least when I pick to change the color to be solid the mic stays green. and then red when muted. I would like to be able to custom choose the mic tip color as well. or have it off or even off and then red if muted etc. I like that it does turn red cause at times ill be talking and then see it red and realize its muted. for me it does not really distract me at all while in game. its just inside my vision but not to much. I am a pc gamer so not to sure how they work with ps4. xbox my wife was trying them out and a few things to note on that. you have to use the 3.5mm cord. in doing so, you cant use the headset buttons at all. cant adjust the sound, cant mute the mic. all of that has to be thru the xbox or tv. the volume knob on headset it a bit tight. so it takes a while to turn up or down volume. things I do love. for me, these fit nicely. not to tight for me at all. maybe even a tad on the loose side. as they move a little if I move around. I have worn them for hours at a time and don't get bothered. I don't have huge ears so they fit perfect for me. I love that you can use and charge at same time. sound is great. range is ok. about the same as my Logitech wireless. both seem to cut out when I go to my front room about 30 feet away but yet pick up when I get into my kitchen. they look great. the mic sounds good, easy to mute. they also talk to you when you do a few things such as when you mute, if battery gets low. the app is ok. has some basic options to adjust. you can select to show battery level. charge cord into the headset is the new usb c so easy to plug in and a decent length. I also like that there are numbers when you adjust the headset so you can easily adjust if someone else uses. I like that they come with a bag. and the bag has a pocket in it that you can put your cords in. the bag is a magnetic type so easy to open and close. overall I enjoy them. they are a bit pricy though. but I do recommend these if looking for a great wireless headset. I have always loved Logitech or razer and these I prefer now.

Painful. To me, it is the best looking headset in the market. Beautiful. But never realized how important comfort is until I wore this. Just after 20 mins my head literally hurt because of the pressure on my head from the weight of the headset. And sound quality is not the best.

Still not as good as decent headphones with a mic. The sound is clear but just buy some nice headphones and forget about the gimmicky surround sound. Features they advertise for gaming headphones.

Bought these Sep 8, 2020 as they were the recommended headset for gaming. They are already not communicating with the wireless adapter. I downloaded ICue to manage the settings of my headset and now they are not even working with wired connection.

Review: coming from two roommates that wore Astro A40's I cannot with these headphones. Everything sounds like its in a can. I have the vibe that having the built-in amplifier is diminishing the quality, to my ears at least. There's even a noticeable difference in audio playback from recorded clips when the Virtuosos are processing the audio (I can share clips for reference.) It just doesn't seem as mechanically capable. I don't understand how reviews across the internet are favoring the Virtuosos. Playing Apex, I can't really tell how far out fights are. I did get a good directional sense from them, yet somehow still felt disoriented. Once enough sounds start going off at the same time, it just comes through as a slightly distorted mess. These things could very well just be their brand hardware mixing, but I did play with their software mixer. It did ultimately nothing for the overall sound aside from what seemed like some volume adjustments. Not only am I unimpressed, I'm nearly disgusted with the experience. I'm sure some of this is coming from a place of unfamiliarity, given I've used Astros for like 3 years, but I at least notice a jump in quality when I experience it. These seemed to have no upgrade from any standpoint aside from their visual design. I'll also admit that the leather ear pads are not comfortable to roomate B. Roomate A loves ear cuffs personally. Astros use fabric ear covers and are breathable. The corsairs had me feeling pressure at all times, surely being a factor of what was disorienting me. All in all, I can admit to a degree of bias, but I can't let that dismiss all the negative of my experience. If I go wireless, It'll likely have to be A50s.
