I'll start out with the fact that I have a large head. I wear 7 3/4 fitted hats. Every one of my accessories are Corsair, and I wasn't looking for a Corsair headset, as I don't usually think of them for high quality sound. The pros: Great build quality. Look super nice. Mic sounds great. Easy to setup. Sound quality is good. Ok: Couldn't tell a difference with the HIFI quality vs wireless. I own a pair of Audeze Mobious, and it's instantly noticable on those. (They keep breaking from my large head, hence looking for a replacement). Cons: At the largest I could make them, my head was killing me after only 2 hours of wearing them. Really disapointed, as the cups are small, and with how extended I had to wear them, I can almost gaurenty the would have snapped in the middle eventually. So in short, if you have a big head/glasses, I'd pass on these. For everyone else, they are a great looking, good sounding, great quality headset.

I have often wondered why things cause what they cost, and the case of these gaming headsets I really don't have that problem. The surround sound the ambient noise and the fact that it rocks my ears off is just amazing. Don't play enough co-op to tell you how good the chat is however I jumped into a division 2 game long enough to try it out and it was awesome from what I gathered. No fancy app needed, just turn it up and get all into the game.

I purchased these headphones for my boyfriend as a Christmas gift and he absolutely loves them. They look great and sound great too.

Headset has great sound and mic as well. Easy to install with no issues. I just bought this yesterday and sadly I will taken back today. The headset was very unconformable for me after 2 hours of use. The headband feels like there wasn't any cushion and I adjusted many ways but no luck. The ear muffs were also unconformable and my ears were beating red of pain. Like I said before, great sound and mic that all this headset had offer to me.

I've seen some bad reviews for bad bass and limited equalizer options.These headphones work best with a pc and icue. I set up the bass boost equalizer on icue and these headphones are hitting pretty hard. My guess is the bad reviews are from console buyers with limited equalizer options.

I got this headset because I wanted to replace my old Corsair Void Pro (which is a moderately good headset). Out of the box, the Virtuoso is seemingly around as good as the Void Pro and therefore not worth the cost. But after equalizer adjustments and 7.1 surround sound enabled, the audio quality is pretty good. You can adjust the audio, change led settings, and update your headset through iCue. The headset also feels extremely well crafted, and the weight is slightly heavier than what I'm used to. It's wireless, charges and comes with a usb-c to usb-a cable, and comes with a cool carrying case, which is a plus. The charger cable is braided and of impeccable quality, and so is the wireless adapter dongle. Amazing for PC gaming, above average for PlayStation gaming, and not supported for Xbox. If you're a PC gamer, then get this otherwise get something else like an Astro headset.

The audio was great! However, the headset would be uncomfortable over the ears and the actual headphone began to peel after some use. For the price i didnt expect that to happen so fast.

The build quality of these headphones are really good. They’re a bit on the heavy side, but they seem pretty durable. Setup is very simple and easy. You can use the USB dongle to use them in wireless mode, or the provided headphone cable for a wired connection. The wires are braided for a quality look and feel, but not a good sound. I used another headphone cable I already have. When I used my own headphone cable the sound was much louder and clearer, than when I used the cable that came with it. The volume knob on the headphone only works in wireless mode. It does not work when using a wired connection. The microphone can be attached or removed. The mic does a good job of picking up my voice. Nice surround sound too. Overall, pretty good set of gaming headphones.

Great headphones but has the 4 year issue with randomly disconnecting.

Very good product, amazing sound and noise quality.

Purchased for me as a gift. The sound quality is very good but after wearing them for an hour or so the headband started to become very uncomfortable. I tried to extend the headphones to raise the headband but all it did was make the headphones drop. It also can't connect via Bluetooth to your phone making it even less useful. Maybe they are great for hardcore gamers but I'm not impressed. Warning: The return time of 15 days is very short, if you get them as a gift test them out quickly or else you will can't get a refund and they will even "pro-rate" the protection plan (for a whole 19 days). Very unsatisfied.

So I got my Virtuoso RGB from work as a points reward. Was excited to have a good wireless headset that would last a full work day without recharging. The packaging and reviews state up to 24 hours. I got 4 if lucky. So went through support and they had me pay shipping to return my headset. I returned in the original packaging with all the cables and chargers. I received a refurbished headset in a box with no packaging and 3 critical cables to use. Much to my surprise this one works for approximately 5-6 hours so an improvement, but nowhere near the 24 hours they advertise. The sole purpose I went with the Corsair was for the battery life and the product has severely let me down. The service is OK, but if it were my company and Advertised/Bragged about the battery life I’d stand behind it. Don’t expect to hold them to the advertising listed on the packaging. The sound is good and it does last a while, but more of an inconvenience to not get what is boldly listed on the packaging. Be ware.

Best headset i have ever had. Excellent sound, extremely comfortable, and excellent mic quality. It lasted me 3 years and i miss it already.
