And as an over the road truck driver didn't try it for a couple of day's. When I did get the chance to use it.The wireless dongle was dead. I Couldn't get back to the store for a couple of weeks to return it. Because of my job. When I did get back i was told it was past the 15 day return policy. Even though I was trying to buy almost $600 more merchandise with the exchange not a refund . I was told they would not exchange it no matter what. So I took my broken headphones and walked out. And will just shop on Amazon exclusively now! Good luck bestbuy.

It disconnects from my computer occasionally and the all metal construction is not comfortable at all.

The PROBLEM I have with them is how cheap the plastic is that connects the ear pads to the headset. There are 3 plastic tab type things that fit into the headset and then you spin it a little to lock it in. I have taken the earpads off exactly one time ever and that was once when I first got them 8 months ago. Recently, one of the ear pads came off and I noticed 2/3 tabs were broken completely off. The last one just broke off. I paid WAY too much for this kind of failure.

I can't use these for more than an hour at a time as the top of my head will get too tender to wear them. The battery life is also laughable if you use the RGB, The ICUE software is terrible. The only saving grace is it has above average sound. I now only use my Steel series 9x. Stay away from these over priced headphones.
