Customers love the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

The sound quality is okay not mind blowing for the price but still good for me the best part is the fact that I play pc and PS4 and in like many headsets when you connect this into the PS4 remote it doesn’t turn off the wireless connection to the pc so it’s amazing i can chill in discord chat and still play Spider-Man or join in a chat in PS4 and still play modern warfare on the pc without using normal chat and I think that makes up for the okay sound and it makes these some of the most useful headphones I have bought

I'll start with positives. The sound is super clear and the mic quality is great for a headset. Super easy to set up and adjust levels when needed. Negative - this sucker is HEAVY. It would give me headaches if I wore it too long, and was slightly too large for my head even at the smallest setting. Would recommend not getting it if you have a medium to small sized head as it will fall off all the time. The mic started crapping out on me faster than I would have liked, and the leather on the ear portions started crumbling after a year which was disgusting and annoying. For the price of the headset, quality leaves much to be desired.

Pros: Sound was pretty good, microphone quality was too notch for a wireless headset, it looked great. Cons: Very shallow ear cups, plan on your ears touching the drivers, this headset is HEAVY, the headband has next to no padding. Combining the weight of the headset with the lack of padding on the headband and this became uncomfortable to wear after a half hour, and painful to wear after an hour. I had to return them due to the comfort issues.

The sound quality is phenomenal & the mic is great too. Only dislike was how fast the headphones died with the lights on. If you keep the lights on they die almost instantly so I had to turn the lights off. Other than that Im happy with them.

Very good sound quality and very simple asthetics yet very sharp looking, especially if you're not down with the aggressive gaming styling of most headsets. Very high build quality and very comfortable materials, but the earpads could be a bit thicker/deeper. My ears touch the surface of the driver mesh and it can sometimes be irritating and I have small ears. So if you resemble Dumbo in anyway, you may want to try them on first to determine if it would be an issue. That's my only minor complaint, otherwise I like them quite a lot.

The most audiophile headset without paying the audiophile headset price. I think these are great just wish the clamping pressure wasn't as tight as it is. Thats a big down side for me as well as the faux leather ear cups. I am a fan of the soft material not the leather crap. Thought it want a big deal but with the clamping pressure its just not the best I've used for fitting me. Sound on the other hand is freaking great! Especially when plugged in, you'll hear things in another universe.

Finally a multi functional headset, and it feels premium! Loved it so much I got my friend to buy it and he’s enjoying it. Definitely a surround sound feel to it. My only negative thing is that it can cause some discomfort from the top of the headset if not positioned right. I have a big head so I’m sure others are able to find a way to have it be more comfortable. Just be sure to update the drivers on PC. Really nice how I can go from wired to wireless anytime with ease too.

I had to get wireless ear headphones because my cat kept chewing through the cord on other headphones I had been using. The sound is alright with these but definitely has a tin quality to it. I had to mess with the EQ extensively to get them to sound even a little better. They also are not real friendly with glasses. I have to be careful how long I wear them or my head will absolutely hurt. Like other people said the ear cups are pretty small. My ear definitely touches the inside but I don't really notice unless I'm actively thinking about it. I don't know that I would buy them again with how much they cost and how they sound but they're good enough that returning them seemed like to much of a hassle. They advertise the slipstream and get mouse and everything to work on one dongle also, what they leave out is that this is in Beta and you have to flash the dongle for it to work.

Since the last icue update, I occasionally get a crackling noise that won't go away until I restart my headset. However i would still recommend these to anyone best headset I've ever owned, and the cracking noise hasn't happened since I re installed the drivers

It was time to upgrade my years old gaming headset for my newly built sim racing rig. After some research, I narrowed it down to the Virtuoso RGB. I can honestly say I could not be more satisfied with the quality. Music/gaming sounds great. You can adjust your own EQ within their iCue application. The mic voice quality sounds amazing too. Comfort-wise, I was surprised how comfortable it was. I had read some reviews complaining of head pain after long sessions. I can tell you I had ZERO discomfort since gaming on this, even after long sessions. A couple of things that some online reviews don't always touch on regarding PC gaming.. - When you turn off your headset, the pc will automatically switch back to its original sound source, like external speakers. While this probably seems minor, this was a huge for me as I frequently switch between the two and saves me from having to constantly select and change my sound output device. - The volume control on the headset controls the actual system's volume level. Again, minor for most people but this drove me crazy on my previous gaming headset. Highly recomended!

I liked the slick look of this build and the comfort but, about a day after i purchased these it started to crackle and pop on me. Overall it really didn't fit my head either which was another down as well.

Pros: 1. Sounds GREAT after you use the Corsair icue software equalizer and can get pretty loud. 2. Looks and feels sturdy. The arms that hold the actual speakers are made of metal not plastic. 3. Mic quality sounds GREAT. Crisp and clear. You can adjust side tone/mic monitoring in icue. 4. Works good with glasses. Doesn't push glasses into skull. 5. RGB is adjustable (colour and brightness) You can also turn it off to save battery. Cons: 1. Battery life is pretty bad. I have the RGB turned off to save on power and I can only get about 10 hours of constant use. 2. Battery indicator is shown using icue software and only tells you if it is high, medium or low. Wish it showed an actual percentage. 3. Very uncomfortable! -Sits hard and heavy on top of head. Lacks proper cushion on headband. -HURTS EARS! The foam on the ear cups are TERRIBLE/non existing! My ears themselves sit right on the hard speakers. The cushions also cancel ZERO noise. You can hear everything around you. 4. No official on/off button. (You can turn them off by holding the mute button but once you move the headset the slightest it will turn back on) They default to "turn off" after 10 mins of no movement of the headset. Can be changed in icue. You could accidentally bump your desk and have them turn on in the middle of the night and will stay on until the 10 mins of inactive use. -If you are using these to watch a movie and don't move much, they will shut off on you if you don't wiggle your head every now-n-then. I recommend changing the sleep mode timer from 10 mins to 60 mins. Overall I like this headset because the of the sound/mic quality. BUT if you are someone who also spends long days gaming this headset will probably cause great discomfort and will need constant readjusting. You may also find yourself constantly having to charge it daily. The wireless distance is decent, of course not so good if you leave the room. Highly recommend using the icue software to tinker with settings to get sound or RGB how you prefer it. I would give it a 7.5/10

If you were looking for something like the Logitech Pro X wireless yet couldn't find it in stock, this is honestly the best one to consider. I don't suggest you get the SE version but instead get the standard one. You only get a carrying case as a bonus, but the microphone is bigger so it mucks up the sound range of your microphone. IMO just config it with surround sound, add extra bass in the EQ, and it's perfect. Great buy and highly versatile for what it does.

Great battery life on wireless and the best mic when wired. Used with Dolby Atmos the sound is phenomenal. Icue EQ has much to be improved on, even the custom settings falls a little flat. Wireless will work with android or Iphone with an adapter. Microphone will not work on android wich is a bummer.
