Before purchasing this item, I had an older Arctis 7 headset which I loved but was too big for my head (still waiting for PC gaming products created with women in mind) . I sold it for this headset which was a BIG mistake. Compared to the Steelseries headset I had, which is way cheaper, this product is not worth buying. The Corsair Virtuoso headset had horrible audio quality which, like other reviews mentioned, was not fixed by the icue software. Additionally, the headset I had was cutting out every 5 minutes or so and no amount of trying to update drivers or troubleshoot would fix it. The headset is also quite heavy, which made the top of my head hurt. The only positive about this headset is the mic quality. It's crisp but it's not like the microphone is new technology in the gaming world. This headset is visually appealing but not functional at all. I will be buying the newer version of the Arctis 7 headset which fits better than the old model.

Amazing audio quality. Had to return one set since it stopped working wirelessly and swapped for the same set. Build quality is top notch and expected from corsair. Works great with windows sonic.

These sound really good for gaming headphones they're actually more music capable without leaving sounds out. They fit well, feel like they're built fairly well too. I'd totally recommend them. They last a good few days of using them for a good few hours at a time.

These headphones are a little pricey, but they look and sound great! I personally have a small issue with them hurting on my head after using them for 2-3 hours at a time, but I suspect that is going to vary by person and other online reviews have said they have no problems with this. Even when it does happen, if I just take them off for a few minutes, I can go another 2-3 hours again before they start to hurt again.

In layman's terms, these are okay at best. They are built pretty well for the price. The audio quality is a bit too harsh on the mids and lows and lacking in the highs (although in this range of even wired headphones this is standard) The microphone quality is decent, not too good for streaming or video recording I'd say, but talking to friends is good enough for this mic. The battery lasts me around 7-8 hours with no rgb at around 50% volume. There is only one issue I had with this headset however, the voice playback doesn't work unless you open your audio devices in windows and rollback the drivers. Fortunately, I only had to do this twice and the voice playback started working on it's own. I've read about other people having this issue and no fixes worked, so be aware of that. The Corsair iCue software is average, it uses a bit more ram than I'm comfortable with even though my build has 32gb of ram, I dont like my "simplistic rgb programs" to idle at 300mb when I have rgb turned off anyways. Overall, if you can get these on sale: they're pretty good, especially for being wireless. Also the response time was perfect, I couldn't see a difference from my other reference headsets. These are a solid 3/5. Meh mic, decent audio, good battery life. Not my choice for music listening, but for gaming they're pretty good.

I love this headset. It sounds great and is very sturdy with its aluminum construction.

Great headset with great sound. I use these for gaming on my laptop and while at work. They come with a carry case, which makes it easy to tote around. While in meetings or plugged into my work phone the wired or wireless offers great sound and the ability to get up and walk around. I have no trouble hearing people and I get compliments on how I sound versus others in the same meeting.

Comfort and great. Bluetooth and easy to use. Sound quality good. I sound clear through speaker.

First impressions out of the box were great. Overall, the headset just looked so premium. Sound quality out of the box was pretty bad, but using the equalizer in the iCue software made it way better and really good. The biggest downfall to this headset was the weight and how uncomfortable it was. After 15 minutes of wearing them I had to take them off. There is not enough padding on the headband which creates a pressure point in the top middle of your head were all the weight is putting making the headset uncomfortable very quickly.

this this is amazing! I use it for editing on premier pro, gaming on xbox and listening to music while doing homework. The quality of this is insane! Especially when you’re gaming, I recommend turning the 7.1 surround sound on to hear footsteps crazy clearly. I love the little touch of customizing the led colors on the side of the headset too, I thought that was fun. Great headset, it’s worth the money for sure.

Sound is awesome . Setting in corsair app makes it sound sensational . Mic sound quality is great . It is worth the money . I watched a few online videos and one problem was the gunmetal sides collect debris in the corsair logo . I just left the thin clear plastic cover over it, problem solved . No battery display, now the app gives you the option to put on taskbar . Icue app makes using this headset a breeze .

Very pleased, worth the extra, clean clear sound and comfortable for long periods of time

Has a high-quality feel, though the surround feels a little less precise compared to previous headsets. Audio for music is great and has the ability to be paired with 3.5 mm sound cards which is a huge plus if you want to push the headset to its audio limits.

Well built headset from Corsair with the earcups and headband being quite comfortable and solid, but the sound quality was lackluster and the mic sounded like I was talking on a pair of airpods. Honestly a bit disappointing considering the price as well. Ended up returning this and got a pair of audiotechnicas instead for $50 less and much better sound quality.

Bought for my husband after his old ones finally gave up & he loves it. Great battery life, comfortable, & fantastic sound. Apparently it blocks out some background noise as well… or maybe that’s just his selective hearing lol!

I love the sound and the quality but the only gripe I have with it is that it provides a little too much head pressure around the top of my ears. Maybe if the cups were just a tad more from or thinner encompass my ears better instead of a circular shape. I’ve had other try it and said the same thing. Battery life, price, and setup could also be a little better but otherwise I love them.

Very comfortable and the range is great. The noise cancellation acceptable and the audio quality is great. ICUE comes with an EQ to control the parameters of the audio and gives the option of wired and wireless headphone which is great.
