Pros: Headset sounds very very good. Has a really good microphone. Cons: is very very uncomfortable. Randomly losses connection for a few seconds. Ultimately would not recommend this headset for the cons. Would absolutely love a headset that had the pros though. But those cons are really hard to find. Logitech G PRO X Wireless is pretty dang close to perfect though. Wish the mic quality was a little bit better and it was a little bit more comfy though.

I actually bought these after reading other reviews for this product. I thought I might as well upgrade from my hand-me-down headset and actually get myself a pair. Like many of the other reviews, the sound quality is amazing. I've tested this with a bunch of different types of audio (8D, stereo, mono, etc.) and the quality hasn't failed me at all. I don't mind the RBG, but haven't bothered turning it off or changing its color with iCUE since I've had problems with iCUE making my keyboard unable to type (had to uninstall iCUE for the sake of my keyboard while playing games and doing homework assignments). My only issue with this headset (which I later found out why in different forums) is that there are times when I'll literally be sitting at my desk, next to my tower/the usb connector, and the headset will randomly disconnect and then reconnect or sound will cut in and out whenever despite the battery being full. The forums I read said something about radio-wave interference with 3.0 usbs and/or other devices that run on the same frequency radio-wave as these headsets, which so far has been proving me to be true. I'll move a device plugged into my computer (that runs on the same radio frequency) close to my headset and boom. the sound gets cut-off or they disconnect. It's a little of a pain, which has been forcing me to keep them plugged in/connected using the type-c cord that came with it, but it's still annoying since I did initially get this headset for the wireless factor.

Money well spent. Has lasted years with daily use.

Super comfortable and the inbound & outbound quality is amazing.

So I initially bought the HS70's... Returned it because it gave me issues after a couple of days. So then I went and got these. Impressed once opening since the packaging is nice and tidy. Now they feel awesome. Way better than the HS70's... But here comes the issues after a few days. This headset has almost no bass unless you go to the bass profile that i gotta keep constantly switching back and forth. Now the big issue with these is crackling sound. OH MY GOD THIS IS SO ANNOYING. I did everything possible from erasing drivers and uninstalling iCUE to then Installing iCUE leave it running and then reconnect the headset so it downloaded the new driver. As soon a big explosion happens the sound goes nuts. Does not go away until mic is reset. It's very annoying having to reset constantly a $200 headset. Super dissapointed. Clearly Corsair can't make a mic to save their lives. All the rest of my Corsair stuff works flawless except this headset. I did contact support and their response was "we are looking into this and will contact for a update". If you go to the forums there are tons of people arguing about this for months and months and still nothing hasn't been done about it even on the latest update that was released in november.

Corsair is definitely uped their game with this headset, grest audio with an high quality detacable microphone. The only this that could make this headset better is more cushioning on the headband.

Love this headset. Everygame i have played sounds amazing and being able to change settings depending on what games you play is a plus.

These headphones look awesome. The design and materials are excellent and they are really well constructed. The most important thing is the sound though! When these are plugged in with a wire and you've used all the software options, they do sound pretty good. Unplug them, and they don't sound good. In fact it took a week and there was no sound coming out of the left side when they are were wireless. Also, if you have big ears these may fit a little snug.

It has great sound quality. It feels comfortable on your head.

Was looking for a sturdy gaming headset since the other stores headsets: DIDN'T hold up; few options; plastic broke easily & it "seemed like not many associates knew gaming headset needs". Best buy folks listen & got me to the right headset. This headset I got at best buy is a great product.. Very comfortable & meets my gaming needs!

Pretty great headset! Very versatile options for general use. Great for gaming! Sound quality is on par for the price, and the Corsair quality control is relatively unmatched.

Probably 5 stars if I was a PC gamer. Updates and certain features are only accessible with a PC or a laptop. Sound Quality and mic are top notch.

I bought this headset to reduce the amount of cables I had plugged into the back of my PC and I do not regret it one bit! The battery life is great, it's comfortable, and audio quality is awesome as well!

Awesome headset, just make sure you delete corsair ICue before using. Windows uses the wrong driver if you dont and you will get a ton of static.

BEST SOUNDING HEADPHONES IVE EVER GOT! These headphones give you the most crisp and responsive sound in gaming! Ive had astros and razer but these are on an other level!

Outstanding headset! Very comfortable, great build quality. I bought this for my son and liked them so much I bought a 2nd set for myself! We bought these to use with the ps5 and have been very pleased. Works great with the 3d audio of the ps5 and the mic is crisp and clear! I do recommend these for purchase!

Out of the box they’re okay, you’ll wanna use equalizer on computer to fine tune sound. Could be louder but you’re paying more for brand and build here IMO.
