Customers are saying

Customers love the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

Nice lighting on the side and has pretty good sound quality. You can adjust the sides to fit your head and remove the mic if it bothers you. Also, there are many ways to connect the headset (USB dongle, USB cord, and AUX cord) My only complaint is that it sometimes moves around on my head and the ICUE software to control the lighting is a bit hard to get used to.

Very nice headset over a year with it and not many issues paired with the software that corsair has you can change the audio the EQ but already the ear cushion is open and the leather is starting to peel with not extreme use kinda sad with it but overall cool headset battery life doesnt feel like it last the 16hrs it says but it does last long

I purchased this headset to use with my computer and Xbox. I have not been disappointed. Excellent sound and excellent fit. It is comfortable enough that I do not have to take it off periodically to give my ears a break.

Overpriced and lacking quality. After owning these for a few months now, the side scratches easily and is nearly impossible to clean. Comfort is still optimal but its really depending on your head shape and ear shape. The batter does not last very long anymore and I only use it every once in a while. I have nearly everything corsair and love their products but I should have gone with a simpler model that was a better bang for the buck.

    Corsair Virtuoso Review

The Corsair Virtuoso headset is one stellar, beautiful product that does a great service to the audio quality Through great quality audio, a sleek design, and easy to set up interface, it definitely is a well rounded headset. I am giving this product three stars, as there are a couple things about it that do give me some concerns. The microphone seems extremely easy to break and shatter, and gets inconvenient really quickly when you're trying to constantly order a new microphone which can only be obtained by the manufacturer. It also feels a little bit, noticable on your head. You can definitely tell that the weight is there and it can feel claustrophobic at times. If the headset came a bit lighter, and the microphone perhaps a bit smaller and more durable I would give this a higher rating most definitely! I also found it a little bit price-steep compared to other wireless headsets.

Sound is great and it’s got a decent range for wireless for my use. The stock ear pads get really sweaty and firm. I swapped them from some off Amazon and they’ve been great since.

This is a great headset, and I would really recommend it. It has great sound quality, great mic input, and the wireless goes extremely far. I would say that the only downfall of this product would be the price because it does cost a lot, but if you know what you are looking for, this is worth every dollar.

This by far has been the best headset I've had, the sound quality is amaizing and other people say, "You sound like you are in the room with me." When I speak through the mic. There is a built in pop filter which is really helpful and the nice setting of feedback so you can hear a but of an echo when you speak, its perfect for gaming. The only thing is, there is no off button the headset, so you have to switch the headset to wired mode with no wires attached to shut it off, this creates many problems when I launch my computer and try to re-connect my headset. Also, if you have your headset on and you walk out of range it glitches out the USB connection and causes you to shut off the headset and unplug the USB multiple times before working again. Other than those minor bugs the headset is amazing, love the hologram look of the lighting on the side.

Great sound quality and the ease of use for muting is a huge bonus. I would recommend these for not only gamers, but for anyone wanting a great experience while on Zoom calls (if that is even possible). The green/red light option helps to know when you are live or on mute. Good purchase.

    Issues when Steam is open

I purchased multiple of these headsets thinking the issues i was dealing with were with a faulty unit. Both had the same issues. Seemingly random the headsets would go staticky and may cut out or play a loud tone. This only occurs if the microphone is active. After looking online this is a known issue which they have not fixed in a year. It took over a week for support to respond and after 2 weeks they were no closer to a solution but i had conducted my own testing and here is what i found. After testing on multiple machines and reinstalling windows and testing as I reinstalled apps I was able to determine the issue was between Steam and the drivers for the headset. As i mentioned before it only occurs when the microphone is active and steam is open and does not occur right away. There is a slight chance that the headset may recover on its own or it will either cut out or play a loud hum. The only way to resolve is to turn off and on the headsets or unplug and replug in the USB dongle. Driver issues aside the headsets were comfortable, had excellent sound quality (both on the headset and the microphone), and were amazingly well built. They are mostly metal so they do feel heavier than most other headsets. The ability to charge via USB while using the headphones is very important. The machining on the face of each ear-cup does have a circular pattern to it and if your one that is easily bothered by odd textures may bother you. All in all its a well built headset that suffers from massive driver issues that will likely be experienced by gamers. If you don't use and never plan to use steam i would highly recommend these headsets but as these are designed for gaming i would caution gamers to stay away.

I have been using the Virtuoso for about 8 months, and it has been extremely reliable. The biggest thing I like about the Virtuoso is the build quality. My previous headset was a $350 Steelseries Arctis Pro Wireless. The Arctis was amazing, but the cheap plastic housing broke after about a year and a half of use. Meanwhile, this headset uses a lot of metal, which feels more premium and robust. The Virtuoso sounds pretty good. My old Arctis Pro headset did sound better, but it did cost about $150 more, so I will not let that affect my rating. The reason why I give this headset four stars is because of the range. With my old headset, I could basically walk around my entire house, and still be able to clearly hear my media. This headset on the other hand begins to cut out and lose signal pretty quickly.

I had high hopes for this headset and was pretty thoroughly disappointed. First, they're uncomfortable. They're stiff and don't conform to your head at all. Most importantly though is the sound, which is crisp and heavy on bass, but even after adjusting the EQ in any way I could, it always sounded tinny. If you don't know what I mean, it sounded like the audio was being played through a metal tube. In the end I went back to my trusty Logitech G533 headset, which I highly recommend after trying this headset and others like it in this price range. The G533 is very comfortable and sounds great. I honestly shouldn't have tried to find something better than that, because it seems to be just as good as any new headset, and it's been working well for years.

After having the Logitech G933 and G930 these are light years better. Build quality is top notch. Sound quality is awesome. I love that I can use my iPhone with them and the computer software that comes with it isn't terrible. Of all the wireless headphones out there this has to be one of the best all around.
