Customers are saying

Customers love the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

Amazing Headset; Can definitely pickup a needle falling on the floor if sensitivity is not adjusted. Overall amazing on computer and ps4; Xbox has a tendency to be a little too sensitive and the wireless wont work with Xbox but overall an amazing headset.

This is by far the best investment i put into headphones/sets. I have tried 6 different headphones/sets ranging from $100-$400 and this beats all of them. Very premium Headphones/sets. I would recommend this for anyone gaming to movie watching on their PC(personal Computer).

Most Uncomfortable Headset I’ve Ever Worn

Extremely disappointed in these. I looked everywhere I could online and talked to friends before I bought these and heard nothing but good things about them. I was finally ready to drop more than 100 dollars to switch over to a decent wireless experience after having countless headaches dealing with 3.5mm audio jacks and cables dangling between me and my PC. I knew I wasn’t going to keep these after my first 2 hours with them. Not only were they very heavy, which I would normally associate with build quality, but it felt like a desk clamp was attached to my head. On top of that, my ears were being pushed against the speaker surface inside in the ear cups, which would become painful after even just 15 minutes of use. Maybe it’s just the size of my head and ears, but no amount of adjustment would fix the discomfort and pain these things gave me. I’m not an audiophile by any means but I also noticed that the sound quality wasn’t anywhere near as good as my HyperX Cloud Stinger S headset, which is barely a 3rd of the cost. Even after messing around with the equalizer and using various recommended EQ settings from people online, it was a noticeable dip in audio quality from what I was used to. My HyperX headset required no audio tuning and sounded great as it was. My last big gripe with these things is the same gripe that I have with all other Corsair products: iCUE. It’s a software that you’re supposed to use to control the lighting and other functions of Corsair hardware connected to your PC. You need to have iCUE open in the background to use many of the custom settings for things like lighting effects, and the problem with this is that it’s even more of a memory hog than Chrome. It used anywhere between 350 and 500MB of RAM just sitting there in the background. Along with being generally confusing, buggy and often unresponsive, iCUE is something I don’t want to deal with. I’m sure there’s some way around iCUE for most things like lighting and EQ adjustment, but most people are going to end up using iCUE for this, and it’s just a bad program that you should avoid using if you can. The sound quality and iCUE would’ve been tolerable to me if it weren’t for the physical pain and discomfort this headset causes me after 20 minutes on my head. I’m not sure what exactly you’re getting for the $180 here. Is that just the premium you pay for going wireless? I don’t know. It’s definitely one of the better looking headsets I’ve seen, and it looks and feels like it’s made of high-end materials which could allow this thing to have a long lifespan, but those are the only two nice things I have to say about the virtuoso. It’s nowhere near worth the $180 I paid for this thing and it baffles me that it can’t match the comfort and sound quality of a $60 HyperX headset. I’m really hoping to find a wireless headset that can fill that role, and sadly this isn’t it.

Very high quality feel. A bit heavy for prolonged use. Sound is ok. Not enough volume in my taste. Whether it is a good value depends on if you want some that feel like it will last or something with superior sound.

I love Corsair products. Most of my computer setup is Corsair. This headset is amazing. Great battery life, fast recharge time, good sound and mic quality. Can also be used while plugged in and charging. It using the USB plug in instead of Bluetooth at that point. The detachable mic is also amazing if you just want to use the headset for audio listen without the mic. I tried a dozen different headsets by other brands before finding this one. Can't go wrong with this headset.

Sound: Just fine after adjusting in software. However software needs to be open as sound profiles are not hardware saved. Comfort: Not great, after an hour i want to take them off. The band really pulls on my hair (male short hair) but mainly my ears get hot as hell in these! Features: below average, nothing special for technology. They do flip flat and the light for mic mute is nice. Mic: Really good. Friends know when im using something other than this head set. Battery: No issues, holds charge and can use while charging. Comparability: PC only for me. The dongle does not work with consoles, and for Xbox wired mode does not work either. No Bluetooth. Would i buy them again, no. Have they done their job yes! If these where in the 125 dollar range, i would recommend.

Fantastic headphones, however, the software pales in comparison to the logitech software that my previous headset used. All in all though, love this set. In my opinion better than the astros or logitech at this price point. 4 stars just because of the software.

These are very well made, i love the sound quality, however the weight of them is for sure not ideal for 8 hours of wear. I am a wfh sales agent and they hurt my head after about 3-4 hrs of wear. Other than that they are sweet!!

This headset has been great so far. I have not had it long really, but for the short time it has been pretty solid! I would recommend downloading the iCUE program from Corsair to change the lights, and some EQ settings. It has great sound quality, and the output is also great quality. You have to turn voice monitoring on if you want that. Also the wireless on them are pretty solid with a good range, the battery last a good time before needing to be charged. But these have held up so far, I will update this review if anything changes.

I prefer Corsair over all other products. I ended up purchasing these to replace my RGB void pro wireless and the quality of sound and build is significant. Great set. I have the H2100, Void Pro Wireless and now these. All still working.

I've used multiple wireless headsets for PC gaming and work over the years. This one has been the best. It's a little heavier than you want it to be, however the build quality is sturdy. You need to install the drivers to access most features such as side tone.

Im not a Corsair fan boy but I really do enjoy the quality they offer in most of their products. When I read about these coming I was really excited. I had been using the Artic 7 headset, which is great, but has low mic gain and almost not bass, so I was in the market for a new headset already. So far, these are one of my favorite. Its high-quality metal feel, soft plastic coding, tactile responses in the adjuster band, very soft leather for the ear cushions, great mic volume and solid bass! The cons: The mic is attachable but not retractable. The audio voice notifier (which you can disable) has no volume adjuster so its always loud in your ear. Audio is FANTASTIC when wired in, but lacks dynamic range on wireless. Its not bad, but not great, which is disheartening. Still my favorite all around headset and ill be using it for awhile!
