The Corsair Virtuoso RGB is a great headset for it's price point. The sound quality is great out of the box. The mic quality is great as well (much better than the Elite Verizon's mic). The earcups are a comfortable memory-foam-like material in a soft fair-weather. The headband is nicely padded and stays in place. The earcups can fold flat and are easily adjustable. The RGB is kind of pointless (can't see it when you're wearing the headset) but the LED on the mic is great: red when muted, green when on. The headset can be used both wirelessly (with the included dongle) or in USB mode (with the included USB-to-USB C cable). The main reason that I took a star off is because you have to have Corsair's iCUE software open in the background to access all of the headset's features. Also, with the RGB on, the battery runs low rather quickly. You can turn off the RGB via the software, however. Also, if you have larger ears, the earcups aren't very deep.

Highly recommended this item if your looking for a long term Headset , it is as good as the newest releases from Corsair.

The headset definitely has a high build quality and you can tell the exterior isn’t made cheaply. The microphone quality is better than most, while the actual sound quality is very low compared to other headsets. Not very comfy if you wear them for more than an hour. Overall it’s a decent headset but I wouldn’t pay $200 again for something mediocre

Really good build quality doesn’t feel cheap. Audio drops out every 20 min or so just for a second.

It has overall good sound quality, good build quality, good battery life, and good microphone quality; my only gripes are Bluetooth via usb and the left outer earcup is falling off be it still works fine( as shown in pictures).

I really like the headset even without dolby atmos. The windows spacial sound is fine for me. I wish it would connect wirelessly to my xbox one x but it does work in a wired setup. The headset is well built and feels like a quality device.

This headset works great with my PS4 Pro. I like everything about the headset from the looks to the lighting effects. The sound is great on all games on PS4 and the mic quality is probably one of the best headset mics out there right now

These things are an enigma to me. They are really comfortable, albeit a little loose for my tastes. The Mic is literally perfect and everyone I played with said I sounded like we were playing couch co-op right next to each other. The bad is the weird decision to not allow sound profiles to be saved to the headset and the inability to utilize the surround sound option when not connected directly to the software. For this reason I can 100% recommend these to someone who only plays PC and has no intention of playing them on any other console because the moment it is disconnected from the PC it resumes its base EQ settings and loses the ability to access to surround sound. Just an oddity for how expensive these are.

First of all, I am happy with the product, so my complaints\critiques are just minor issues for me, but not enough to regret the purchase or feel that I should find a different option. The build quality (a huge issue I have had with other options) is excellent. Everything feels very high-quality. They are comfortable as well, though after extended wear there is some general discomfort on my ears, but again, not enough that I feel like it is an issue. My main problem is volume output. On the Xbox Series X via the required 3.5mm cable connection, the volume is only controllable through the console, and the volume gap between the loudest (too loud) and lower setting feels just a bit too quiet. This same issue wasn't experienced via the bluetooth dongle on a PS4 (sound was excellent for Last of Us 2).

I have only used this headset with a pc. It takes time to get it right but once you do it's a great headset. If its giving you problems remember to set all your sound options to default and work through it from there (even the in-game settings) and definitely use the icue software to really fine tune it. If you have the patience to set it up right this headset is the best wireless option for pc in this price range.

My favorite headset yet. Tried all of them these are great for gaming or listening to music. Very long battery life

The quality of the headset is strong and firm. The RGB lights is kinda kool but the mic sound isn’t the best. What my friends tells when playing online, they hear little choppy noise.. like I keep getting cut off when I’m talking. That’s a big thumbs down for me.. plus I paid over $200 for these headset.. smh

These headphones are unbelievable. My son has had at least 10 headphones and these are be far, his favorite one. He doesn’t use the others now since he got this headphone. My son said they are crystal clear and great for gaming.

For what its worth, this headsets build quality is top notch and feels comfortable on the head. The mic is also very nice, all my friends on Discord have told me how much better it sounds. Unfortunately, thats where the pros stop. The main thing you want to buy headphones for are audio fidelity, which this headset definitely lacks. Corsair, for whatever reason, decided to lockout any of the spatial audio codecs such as Windows Sonic, Dolby Atmos and DTS Headphone X in their most recent firmware for their iCue software. I have used Atmos ever since it came out and now I cant. The built in 7.1 mode in iCue. It significantly reduces audio clarity and sounds like a jumbled mess. I've had these for 1 day and used them for 4 hours and they will be going back to Best Buy.

These headphones are amazing! The microphone is very crisp and clear and does not pick up background noise very much.

It is very comfortable to wear and the sound of the gameplay is Muu Caliente! I definitely would recommend this product

After a month of consistent use, this is hands down the best headset I have found. The sound quality is incredible and they are very comfortable to wear for longer periods of time. Also very nice that they’re compatible with PS4

Sounds amazing! The build quality is excellent, not flimsy and doesn't feel like it's going to snap trying to put it on. The rgb is a pretty nice touch. Haven't had any problem using them wireless or wired.

A little bit on the heavy side, but still very comfortable on the head. The EQ 100% needed some work in the iCue software. Everything sounded extremely muddy. Once we got that cleared up these things work great. Mic is crystal clear too.

Can hear every little details, foot steps, ETC, i use these to play cod and belive me people think im cheating
