Not a bad headset sound/sound quality but the battery on it is absolutely garbage. Bought 2 of them give them a second chance on a different model & it just was the same battery issue, never fully charged & battery didn’t last more than 2 hours

This headset is awesome, wouldn't change it against another one. People can hear me super clearly, the sound is good, the battery life lasts me around 20+ hours and more if I don't activate the lights on the side of it. The only minus I would say is the headset does feel heavy on your head after a couple of hours

For the price, I would think they would have superior sound, but they don't. The ear cups are shallow and the speakers rest against my ears slightly. But, all in all, they work good. I kept them because they integrate well with my Corsair iCUE app.

I absolutely love these headphones on the lowest volume I can still hear the floor boards creak when you walk in game

I ordered this headset online and the order process is very easy and secure. Unfortunately I cannot try out the product online. The headset is good but not the best out of the box. It does require some tweaking with the equalizer for good sound quality. The headset is very comfortable and if you have the knack for sounds and the patience to fiddle with the equalizer then I doubt you will be disappointed. I would give this 5 stars if the product has better sound profiles right out of the box.

If you buy this headset you will also need to buy a new set of ear cups. The stock ones are not big enough and your ears touch the drivers. They hurt after more than an hour of use. You will also need to do some tinkering with the eq. They sound HORRIBLE out of the box, but once you set them up they sound much better. All in all they have an incredible mic and once you get the things I've mentioned sorted out it is a great headset.

I have had this for nearly 2.5 months. What made me get this is when I heard one of my friends talking on it and his voice sounded crystal clear. I like the fact that this works with both PC and console, and that it has a premium feel to it. The price was a bit steep, but I figured that if my last $100 plastic headset was still going after 4 years or so, this one has to be near or better than the build quality of that one. I especially liked the closed back design because I live in a noisy area. This headset makes it that much quieter. I immediately noticed the sound difference even when I just put it on, it blocks out a lot of noise! My only concern is that I have been hearing crackling lately every now and then, and I do not know if this is from the drivers or the USB port I have the dongle plugged into, but I am hoping it works itself out and I do not have to get another one after only having this for nearly 3 months. Overall, this has been a great product so far.

Very sleek design. The mic is great. Audio, you have to play with a little, but still good. No complaints.

These only get 2 stars because sound quality is good and they do have a nice premium feel. HOWEVER, part of that premium feel comes from weight and how it’s distributed. These headphones are dreadfully uncomfortable. I waited to write my review for a couple months of ownership instead of writing it immediately while I was caught up in the hype of a new purchase and I’m glad I did. I want to like these so badly. They look awesome and match other Corsair things I have great too. I paid $209 for them and who knows what I’ll be able to get for them now, used. Anyways, these are a little heavy, or the weight is just so centered around the ears that the weight pulls down on the strap that sits on my head and after 45ish mins it starts hurting. Either way they hurt the top of my head. After about an hour and fifteen it becomes unbearable and really makes the top of my head sore. Take this for what you will, after asking around in some Facebook groups it became aware i wasn’t the only one with this issue. My head isn’t very small either. Someone with a larger head might find these to be much more comfortable than I did

If your looking for a great gaming headset your in the right place. The Corsair Virtuoso is an amazing wireless headset. Their is little to none delay when watching videos or playing games. The sound quality is amazing especially if you install the Corsair iCue software. This headset is not noise canceling but sounds like they are when using. The surround sound works great when listening to music or playing multi-player games. I would recommend this headset if its within there budget.

Great sound quality, and the microphone picks up your voice and it comes out clear. Easy to use and understand.

This is a goof quality headset. The audio is great and you can detach the mic if you don't wish to use it.
