Great headset. Like micro set up. I am only using for Zoom mtgs but is very convenient to use.

Unfortunately, since owning this headset for 5 months I have had probably a dozen issues with wireless connectivity. Looking online, a lot of people who have purchased this headset have had issues similar to my experience (Battery not charging correctly, Wireless not connecting, Dongle pairing doesn't work, etc.). Currently my wireless headset will not pair up with the dongle. Firmware is up to date, I've tried re-seating the USB cable/headset, rebooting my PC, reinstalling Icue, reinstalling the audio drivers, and I'm left with the same result. It's a bummer because I really enjoy my K95 keyboard through Corsair, and figured I would have a similar experience with their headset. Unfortunately this is not the case, and from what troubleshooting I've done online, it appears as though this issue comes up a lot and there hasn't been a lot of traction from Corsair to resolve it. I'll continue to use my K95 keyboard, but you couldn't pay me to use another Corsair headset - I'll be switching to a different company for my next wireless headset.

I bought this headset and used them for a grand total of 6 hours before I noticed the glaring unfixable audio delay issue. Essentially, this headset has audio delay on certain programs, one of those programs is Discord, when a notification pops up on Discord it takes around 2-5 seconds for the headset to play the notification sound! This issue is entirely related to the iCUE software backing this headset, you see with the iCUE software open the audio delay is there, but with it closed the delay goes away entirely. The best part about this issue is that without iCUE the headset reverts to a default mode, with all lights on and the default settings for equalizer, 7.1 surround sound also goes away entirely, so you either pick iCUE open with fancy features but with an audio delay, or no iCUE no audio delay but the battery gets drained by the lights and you don't get to use any of the fancy features this headphone touts. On top of that Corsair tries to pass the blame on to Discord for this issue (even though the issue isn't limited to Discord) saying they have to fix it and until they do you're out of luck (even funnier is this headset is Discord certified).

Love these headphones. I work from home and these have been a joy to use.

Headset always has issues with discord. Consistently having to fight with your headset for 10 minutes just to talk is terrible.

This is the second pair of Virtuoso that has the same problem of static noise not going away. Done everything from reinstalling drivers and associated software as stated on the Corsair page. Circle earpads using cheap leather also made sessions of 20 + minutes uncomfortable to wear.
