terrible ears cup design

CONS: the mic location is in a bad spot. the volume control knob is hard to use - too small. The software to change the audio profile on the headset is bad - buggy not many audio profiles - FPS, MOBA, etc... THE WORST OF ALL: the audio cup is circle shape which is bad for the ears - cause pains after an hour or so. Also, the headset ears cup is small. Overall, Y I K E S !

Could you let us know where a better spot for the mic would be? How much bigger should the volume knob be? Which bugs did you run into with the profile change for the audio?
