Customers are saying

Customers love the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

I have i have to say that coming from Astros A50 to the Cosait Virtuoso has been a great change and I like it. The sound is amazing and the mic quality tethered or wireless is amazing.

We ended up returning this item. Not because it was broken. The ear cups are tiny and very hard. Sounded great, but man it was uncomfortable. If you have a really tiny head and ears go for it.

Great for the price compared to things such as astros. The only downsides for this headset is that the max volume could be a touch louder and the circle shape might not fit people with giant ears.

Still not as good as decent headphones with a mic. The sound is clear but just buy some nice headphones and forget about the gimmicky surround sound. Features they advertise for gaming headphones.

Mic quality is pretty good surprisingly, the audio however is terrible, and tinny. The fit is bad as well, the top part pushes down on My head and the ear cups are too shallow for even my small ears.

This headset is pretty uncomfortable and it doesn’t even sound that great for the price, it does feel durable and premium but other then that unless you have smaller ears i would probably not recommend these

Bought these Sep 8, 2020 as they were the recommended headset for gaming. They are already not communicating with the wireless adapter. I downloaded ICue to manage the settings of my headset and now they are not even working with wired connection.

    Get the Void

Bought these thinking they would be an upgrade from my surround sound void's but they're not. Its a super shame because I love the look and feel of these but they just hurt and the aren't nearly as good. The voids are cheaper right now too so if you're in the market also check those out, My old ones are still in good order after 5+ years but I just figured it was time for newer ones. Also saw corsair tell someone to just get used to them. NOPE if I'm paying over $100 for a quality headset I shouldn't have to adjust! XD If you find these comfortable (they hurt my head after 15 mins because there is no padding on the head band) then you might like these super easy to set up. But I also didn't like how I have to switch settings every time I unplug.

      Hi Rikki,

I apologize for this not being a better fit for you. I'm probably the one that mentioned "getting used to it", but I'll clarify: the headset does feel much better after you let it adjust to your head/ears. This headset is comfortable, but the microphone quality is really bad. Don't buy this if you want a clear sounding microphone. Go with a steelseries headset if you want that.

In my opinion the headset is comfortable and it would be a very good head set if the audio didn’t out muffled. And the mute button on this headset doesn’t work, I’m pretty sure there’s an echo also

Review: coming from two roommates that wore Astro A40's I cannot with these headphones. Everything sounds like its in a can. I have the vibe that having the built-in amplifier is diminishing the quality, to my ears at least. There's even a noticeable difference in audio playback from recorded clips when the Virtuosos are processing the audio (I can share clips for reference.) It just doesn't seem as mechanically capable. I don't understand how reviews across the internet are favoring the Virtuosos. Playing Apex, I can't really tell how far out fights are. I did get a good directional sense from them, yet somehow still felt disoriented. Once enough sounds start going off at the same time, it just comes through as a slightly distorted mess. These things could very well just be their brand hardware mixing, but I did play with their software mixer. It did ultimately nothing for the overall sound aside from what seemed like some volume adjustments. Not only am I unimpressed, I'm nearly disgusted with the experience. I'm sure some of this is coming from a place of unfamiliarity, given I've used Astros for like 3 years, but I at least notice a jump in quality when I experience it. These seemed to have no upgrade from any standpoint aside from their visual design. I'll also admit that the leather ear pads are not comfortable to roomate B. Roomate A loves ear cuffs personally. Astros use fabric ear covers and are breathable. The corsairs had me feeling pressure at all times, surely being a factor of what was disorienting me. All in all, I can admit to a degree of bias, but I can't let that dismiss all the negative of my experience. If I go wireless, It'll likely have to be A50s.

These worked incredibly well for 5 months, then just stopped. RMA'd and the issue remains, significant static/distortion of audio when on wireless. Audio/mic is similar to $50 wired headsets. When it worked the wireless was nice.
