had the void pros and they felt great to wear for any amount of time. These start to dig into you noggin because there's so little padding.

Purchased for my Grandson 14 years old. He absolutely loves this headset. The Headset is on for hours at a time.

Great headset, the only complaint is the type C port for charging is in a slightly awkward position.

$200 gets you echo in all party chats even with the Mic removed!. Doesn’t work wirelessly with Xbox. Not Bluetooth. It looks cool though....

Unfortunately, since owning this headset for 5 months I have had probably a dozen issues with wireless connectivity. Looking online, a lot of people who have purchased this headset have had issues similar to my experience (Battery not charging correctly, Wireless not connecting, Dongle pairing doesn't work, etc.). Currently my wireless headset will not pair up with the dongle. Firmware is up to date, I've tried re-seating the USB cable/headset, rebooting my PC, reinstalling Icue, reinstalling the audio drivers, and I'm left with the same result. It's a bummer because I really enjoy my K95 keyboard through Corsair, and figured I would have a similar experience with their headset. Unfortunately this is not the case, and from what troubleshooting I've done online, it appears as though this issue comes up a lot and there hasn't been a lot of traction from Corsair to resolve it. I'll continue to use my K95 keyboard, but you couldn't pay me to use another Corsair headset - I'll be switching to a different company for my next wireless headset.

The Corsair Virtuoso wireless headset has many different features and functions, unfortunately it really only sounds good when used for PC gaming. The headset was designed pretty well. It looks very sharp and is made of good quality materials. It fits pretty comfortably on my head and does a good job blocking out sound from your environment. Although I do wish they would have used a little more padding over the speakers, as it kind of feels hard pressed up against your ears. The lights on the side of both ears are LED lit and can be customized from the software on your PC. Although, I'm not really sure why they added these lights as the user can not even see them. The detachable mic is a nice feature, there is also a mute button on the button of the mic. There is also an LED ring on the tip of the mic that shines red if muted and green if unmuted, this is a great feature that I found very helpful. The headset comes with a nice USB C cable that attaches to the headset to charge the 20 hour built-in rechargeable battery. There is also an aux cable included as well as a USB dongle to make it wireless. The Headset can be used on both PS4 and PC in wireless mode, other devices require you to connect it via aux cable. The only way to fine tune the EQ and the lighting on the headset, is through the free software that you have to download on your PC. This is actually pretty good software that has a ton of useful features..Such as the ability to see you PC core temp, as well as the ram and processor speed, all displayed on a nice little realtime graph. I first tested these out on my PS4 pro to see how well they sound while gaming online. The sound was very undesirable to say the least. The volume came out very flat with very little bass, while the voice and sound effects were ear piercing. No matter what I did I could not find a level that made it enjoyable for me to use these. The next device I tested out was my iPhone, I used the lighting to aux jack and plugged in the headset. Just like the PS4, the sound was very poor. The treble was way too high and the bass was almost non existent. Lastly, I tried the headset out on my PC and this time I played around with the EQ through the software to see if it made a difference. I would like to mention that this headset is also capable of 7.1 surround sound. I first tried watching a movie, then tried listening to music, neither of which sounded very good at all. Then I started Battlefield 4 up and that's when the headset really came to life. The detail and clarity in every sound was amazing, as well as the 7.1 surround effect was very good. Voices and music sounded very clear and not ear piercing, sound effects provide plenty of bass..I mean the sound seemed to be expertly tuned. I tried out a couple more games on my PC and the headset sounded really good with all of them. So overall, while the Virtuoso headset is compatible with PS4 and other devices, its main purpose is really only for PC gaming. But when you do use them for PC gaming, boy do they sound amazing. That being said, I would definitely recommend these to any PC gamer looking for a good quality headset.
