I tested these on both a PC and the Xbox One and was highly impressed by the sound quality and depth that is lost even on high-end sound systems/bars connected to your TV. In Destiny 2, for example, I heard sounds in 7.1 Surround Sound that made me think someone was screaming outside in the street. It was life-like and realistic in the sampling. Both wired and wireless gives the highest quality sound and depth. The ability to connect and disconnect the quality mic is a great feature as the mic is not always needed and gets in the way when not in use. The lighting is a nice high-end add to these already amazing headphones. Finally, 20 hours of battery life was almost spot-on more than enough for even the more dedicated gamer for a weekend binge. PROS - Corsair brand, quality, and recognition - One of the best sound qualities available in a gaming headphone - Easy to use when setting up or in a battle - Detachable mic - Lighting on headphones and mic - Wired or Wireless flexibility - Carrying case for headphone and accessory cables - Not made of cheap plastic, but solid metal design - 7.1 Surround Sound CONS - Can get a bit hot around the ears after extended use - I found them a bit heavy feeling after an hour or more of use.,

The wireless is a hit and miss, you hear a lot of crackling noises when playing games. The comfort of this headset is very disappointing and poor, the headband hurt my head after 30mins of use and the ear cups irritated my ears a lot. Exchanged this item for an arctis pro headset.
