Uncomfortable, Bluetooth issues like cutting in and out. Super overpriced and just not worth the money at all. Looks good though.

The Corsair Headset comes boxed in a really sturdy box. It contains the headset...of course and a really nice bag to store it in. Below that, there's a separate box that contains the detachable microphone, USB-c charging cable, a 3.5mm cable, a USB transmitter and a user's handbook. The complete package gave me the feeling that it was a quality product. I've used Corsair power supplies in the past and still have a 750 watt in my last PC. I've always found their products to be well made and up to my expectations. So I fired this up. First I used the 3.5 mm cable to my original Pixel. I played a few games and listened to some streaming music. I got to say the sound was very good for headphones. I was trying to find out how to set the 7.1 audio sound and after a Google search and reading the manual... who does that??? I discovered I needed to go to the Corsair website and download the iCue software to my Windows machine. Doing that allowed me to set the audio, toggle the equalizer, and the lighting. I then went to my PC and insert the wireless transmitter. I picked a playlist and allowed it to start playing. My home is a bit over 1500 sqft and I was able to walk around the house listening to the playlist without any hesitations or drop. Also this headset is so light and/or comfortable that it didn't distract me like many others do. The sound is great and very enjoyable. I didn't use the eq or try to boost the bass or treble. I used it like it came and that works for me. I like a lot of bass in my music and although it's not a subwoofer for the head, it does what it needs to do for me. I then tried it out with the still in beta version of Age of Empires II Definitive Edition. I usually play the game with a 5.1 surround system and again the Corsair headset did well enough that I didn't need to switch back during my review. I'm not big on games and video via headsets. I mainly like music through them. I can say however that with the comfort level of the Corsairs, I could see doing either with them, especially if I'm playing a game that requires a microphone.

There is/was a known bluetooth receiver issue with this headset. Not sure if they fixed it with the new XT edition. Bluetooth went out after 15 days. Luckily had a nice Best Buy manager that knew about the issue with this headset and let me exchange this for a pair of Astro A40 (much better brand for headsets)

Not sure if it was a bad headset or garbage software, the sound quality wasn't all that great, especially for the price I paid for.

Them seem sturdy and made of good material.. but the sound is very quiet and sounds like your listening from in a tunnel..

I'm going to scream. These headphones do not work, not with Windows 10, not with Discord, not with anything. These head phones -sort of- worked before installing the iCue software. After installing the software and updating the firmware on the headset, these didn't work AT ALL. There is no fix for this, you can't uninstall the firmware and revert these headphones. Do not buy these.

The headphones themselves were quite nice but the software corrupted my windows 10 install. ICUE is the worst gaming peripheral software on the market and has the potential of ruining your windows install. On top of that, when it does work, discord's sounds are delayed by 5 seconds making it almost unusable there.

I bought one pair that eventually stopped Responding and would not wirelessly reconnect to my PC. Then I replaced it with a second Headset same one from Corsair and then one of the Speakers blew out and died on me just two days after Purchasing! and yes I have Corsair ICUE and both were updated to the current version.

The Corsair Virtuoso RGB wireless stereo gaming headset is a great look in the white. It has an equally nice build quality with aluminum construction, 50mm high density neodymium drivers and memory foam earpads. Charging is quick and easy with the USB-C cable and does not disappoint with a high capacity lithium-ion battery that can boast a 20 hour charge time. The headset has an internal accelerometer to automatically shut it off when you put it down and in turn powers it back up when put back on. Corsair iCUE works with this headset and other Corsair compatible devices to synchronize RGB lighting effects with nearly limitless color options. The headset is compatible with PC, Xbox One, Switch, PlayStation 4. and mobile. Device connectivity options include Slipstream wireless, USB wired and 3.5MM wired. Slipstream wireless is stated to have a range of up to 60ft and I experienced no issues in my use. USB wired features very nice high-fidelity audio where compatible and no lag; and the 3.5MM wired is available for audio players, DAC's and mobile devices. Sound quality for the headset did not disappoint and was probably a bit preferable with a wired connection, be it 7.1 surround sound or stereo. The microphone has some very nice features since it is fully detachable and has an RGB LED ring that is green when on and red when muted. It's great to have a quick visual display for yourself and others around you to know when the mic is on or off. I experienced no issues with clarity and had positive opinions from those I was gaming with. I can easily recommend this Corsair Virtuoso RGB wireless headset and I think other gamers will be pleased with the sound, comfort level, build quality and charge time.

The main game I play is COD, but I could not get the mic and the sound to work at the same time. I tried everything I could in the settings. It was either the mic was only working or it was only the sound only working. I would not have expected this from Corsair. This is my second headset from Corsair and both time the bluetooth is very choppy. Lesson learn, do not trust Corsair headsets

Headset broke fast my son was taking it off his ear and the ear piece broke off. This cost too much for this to happen

Weren't the best sound quality. Wasn't as crisp as I'd prefer

bad, uncomfy and using with a pc is a huge crap shoot whether it will work or not

CORSAIR - VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Stereo Gaming Headset design is solid for durability and comfort to wear for a long period of time. I have been using various types of headsets for gaming and listening to music. CORSAIR - VIRTUOSO is perfectly balanced to fit and very lightweight as well. I have not faced any discomfort using this headset for a long period of time. Volume control buttons, 3.5mm jack, and USB C port are available on the sides of headset. It is nice to see that USB C port is provided to charge the headset. The audio quality is outstanding with CORSAIR - VIRTUOS. I have been using this headset for many hours each day and there are no connectivity issues as well. Battery life is really good and came close to 20 hours. CORSAIR - VIRTUOSO is one of the best headsets for Gaming. I have been using this headset even for my office skype calls and it is working perfectly. The range is really good and I can walk around during the calls and there are absolutely no issues with signal. I am surprised that there is no Bluetooth option and USB receiver should be used for wireless capability. There is a toggle to switch between wired and wireless connection on the headphone. The microphone is detachable which is a very nice feature. ICUE app is great and provides the option to customize the colors and there are other settings configured as well. I highly recommend this headset to everyone due to design, audio quality and long battery life.

Audio bite, unable to stay connected to the PC for more than an hour, horrible latency, absolutely disgusting piece of tech, don't buy it go get a Razor or a 15 dollar headset even and save yourself the headache! Owned mine for about 2 months hopefully best buy can make this right since i bought the geek squad coverage, I will be replacing this ASAP! 0/10.

software sucks, and the footsteps on call of duty are virtually un-hearable. I do NOT recommend.

when I first got the headset it was amazing and worked flawlessly but now its not even a month later the headset is making very bad static noises and cuts out a ton of audio. I cannot return them because it looks like best buy only gives you 15 days to return anything defective. I wont be purchasing any other gaming headset from best buy
