Love this headset surround sound is clean have used this headset for four years no trouble.

For me this headset is extremely comfortable. I wear it for multiple hours a day between recording lecture content and video conferences. On the more expensive side but the mic quality is amazing compared to other options I have tried. If you are looking for a headset for audio quality above all else this should be a strong contender.

So Far with my experience with these headphones they are very good I say. The products from corsair have earned my trust to use their products for the future as long as they dont get their products defected and even if it did corsair ensures the warranty card which is very handy. All in all I like corsair and I will be witnessing the great future ahead with their products.

Great headphones but has the 4 year issue with randomly disconnecting.

I was forced to return a previous Razer headset as the wire had failed on me in the span of two days, so I was encouraged to try wireless. At first the price scared me because $190 is of course a lot of money, but I had a feeling this was the one. The microphone can be quiet depending on how loud you talk but other then that it is very clear and even my friends comment on the quality comparing to that of a medium quality studio microphone. The ear cuffs at first felt pretty uncomfortable on my head, but that's just any new headset that's needs to be stretched for some time. I ended up having to delete the application that came with Corsair, like how Razer downloads its own app to your PC so you can change the lights, sound quality, or other things because it would prevent me from logging onto steam until I deleted it. (I'm not sure if other people have this problem) Other then that my only dislikes are the fact the lights don't turn off while its charging and It definitely only has around 22 hours of battery life compared to 30 like they advertised, however that is still a lot of hours, and you can just plug either the charger in while you play (The cable is pretty long) or plug in the wire that comes with it.

Purchased for me as a gift. The sound quality is very good but after wearing them for an hour or so the headband started to become very uncomfortable. I tried to extend the headphones to raise the headband but all it did was make the headphones drop. It also can't connect via Bluetooth to your phone making it even less useful. Maybe they are great for hardcore gamers but I'm not impressed. Warning: The return time of 15 days is very short, if you get them as a gift test them out quickly or else you will can't get a refund and they will even "pro-rate" the protection plan (for a whole 19 days). Very unsatisfied.

Very good product, amazing sound and noise quality.

I bought a pair of these over a year ago after my old wired headphones broke. For the first 9 months these were some of the best headphones I'd used on my PC. They have great bass and a great mic that's just a little compressed. The battery life is phenomenal and charging simply turns them into wired headphones. My first problem that I ran into was them randomly disconnecting from my computer, which I solved by putting the dongle in my front IO. This worked for all of about two weeks before the problem occurred again. I tried updating both the firmware and ICUE and that fixed the problem temporarily again. I went through Corsair's support and managed to fix them for a solid few months. However They've started to disconnect again and the previous solutions are not working anymore. Considering the fact that these are near $200 headphones I would expect them to last at least 2 years but they have constantly failed me. This may just be my experience, but the headache and hassle of having to fix the same problem is irritating to say the least.

Best headset i have ever had. Excellent sound, extremely comfortable, and excellent mic quality. It lasted me 3 years and i miss it already.

I'm gonna start out by saying that these headphones do have some good features, such as microphone feedback to listen to your own voice, good 7.1 surround sound with auto audio repositioning, and a pretty decent microphone. But there are a good bit of issues that have definitely turned me away from buying another pair. I've been through two pairs of them now. The second pair has had the same issue just like the previous. If you set these headphones down even a bit too hard, then the tabs that hold the ear cups will break off, the first headset losing one tab and the other losing two at the same time. Other than the build quality of the clips on the pads, the adapter that I have has had issues connecting to my headset less than maybe 5 feet away from me. Audio is either intermittent or cuts out for a decent bit, which really sucks if you're in the middle of listening to a cutscene or editing footage.

This was simple to start using. The app made managing the LEDs even easier than expected. Playing online is much simpler without a wire attaching my head to my PC, although using a wire is possible to use if you're running low on battery, although that probably isn't a concern as the battery "seems" to last forever.

Great features and the best headphones for ps5 and PC. The materials they are made from are super strong and durable.

Has semi loud, but very flat audio out of the box, it needs a lot of tweaking to sound like most headsets come stock. Really uncomfortable to wear for long periods of time though but build quality is so far unmatched, along with corsairs integrated RGB it’s a pretty package. Worth 200$? maybe not, but def worth a try if you’re trying to game in style and have a slightly smaller head shape. Overall I’d give the Corsair a shot if you’re not going to wear them for very long. But don’t expect 200$ in sound value, it’s mostly for the aesthetics of the headset.
