Customers love the superb sound quality and comfortable fit of the VIRTUOSO RGB Wireless Gaming Headset. Many appreciate the long battery life and wireless convenience, although some find the headset heavy and the bass response could be improved. A few also noted that the price point might be considered high by some buyers.

Great headset and my friends don't complain about my poor mic quality anymore. It's very comfortable even when playing for almost 6 hours and has a great battery.

My favorite feature about this headset is the fact that you can charge it and wear it at the same time. The cable that is provided allows you to use it as a wired and a wireless headset.

Very clear headphones! I use them for PC gaming so not sure how they are with console since I'm not sure theyre able to download the software to tune them up and turn on 7.1 sound. The ONLY thing they could use is more bass and be a tad louder. The quality is great! They look great.

I am PC/PS gamer. This headset has really good build quality compared with my hyperx cloud flight. The reason I buy this headset is it has sidetone, 7.1 surround sound and good mic. All of those feature are much better than my hyperx cloud flight, not mentioned the build quality. It works on my PC/PS4/Nintendo switch/MacBookPro. The biggest problem for me of this headset is it's not very comfortable for my head and ear. I have a big head (all my hat are large or xtra large size). This headset is a little tight and the bottom of ear cup keeps touching my ear. The ear cup is very shallow.I get fatigure with my neck and ear tip after about 1 hour playing game. It never happened with hyperx cloud flight. If you have a smaller head, it could be a different story. I am still trying to get used to it. Hopefully, I don't need to return it. Really love its premium build quality and features.

This headset will cover your entire ear and you won't feel hurt with long time use, Another good call out is the mic is detachable, you can uninstall it if you don't need it. This headphone is advertised as a wireless headphone, but you can use it with USB without any issue.

The sound quality on these headphones are decent, however the surround sound is amazing. Battery life isn't terrible, you'll save more battery by not using the microphone. Very comfortable and there is little to no latency at all. I highly recommend this product.

Build quality is great on these and wireless performance is flawless. A lot of youtube reviews had issues, but they've released a firmware update for the headphones and USB dongle that fixed them for me. No issues at all. These are the first set of gaming cans that I thought looked nice.

Here and there are mini fixable bugs like turning the headset off and on or re-pairing but rarely happens. Good sound quality, long battery life, really good mute/volume for on the fly muting. Good for console/pc. Mic quality can be not up to par sometimes but isn’t terrible.

The Special Edition feels very luxurious compared to the pervious version (I have recently purchased both). I think my favorite improvements are the mic and the easily removable head phone covers but the carrying bag for the headphones was also a great addition!

This is by far the best investment i put into headphones/sets. I have tried 6 different headphones/sets ranging from $100-$400 and this beats all of them. Very premium Headphones/sets. I would recommend this for anyone gaming to movie watching on their PC(personal Computer).

Amazing Headset; Can definitely pickup a needle falling on the floor if sensitivity is not adjusted. Overall amazing on computer and ps4; Xbox has a tendency to be a little too sensitive and the wireless wont work with Xbox but overall an amazing headset.

If your a Corsair user looking to upgrade you current headset. I would do these. I have had the Corsair void Pros since 2017 and loved them. But wanted something new. These ones had just came out so I decided to try them. I didn’t like any of the other Corsair headsets because they really squeezed your head and the muffs felt weird. But these ones were perfect. The sound quality wasn’t the same as the void pros but when I switched all the EQ’s off and left on bass boost it sounds similar. The void pros in my opinion have always had better sound quality out of all the corsair headsets. And I have tired almost all of them.

Most Uncomfortable Headset I’ve Ever Worn

Extremely disappointed in these. I looked everywhere I could online and talked to friends before I bought these and heard nothing but good things about them. I was finally ready to drop more than 100 dollars to switch over to a decent wireless experience after having countless headaches dealing with 3.5mm audio jacks and cables dangling between me and my PC. I knew I wasn’t going to keep these after my first 2 hours with them. Not only were they very heavy, which I would normally associate with build quality, but it felt like a desk clamp was attached to my head. On top of that, my ears were being pushed against the speaker surface inside in the ear cups, which would become painful after even just 15 minutes of use. Maybe it’s just the size of my head and ears, but no amount of adjustment would fix the discomfort and pain these things gave me. I’m not an audiophile by any means but I also noticed that the sound quality wasn’t anywhere near as good as my HyperX Cloud Stinger S headset, which is barely a 3rd of the cost. Even after messing around with the equalizer and using various recommended EQ settings from people online, it was a noticeable dip in audio quality from what I was used to. My HyperX headset required no audio tuning and sounded great as it was. My last big gripe with these things is the same gripe that I have with all other Corsair products: iCUE. It’s a software that you’re supposed to use to control the lighting and other functions of Corsair hardware connected to your PC. You need to have iCUE open in the background to use many of the custom settings for things like lighting effects, and the problem with this is that it’s even more of a memory hog than Chrome. It used anywhere between 350 and 500MB of RAM just sitting there in the background. Along with being generally confusing, buggy and often unresponsive, iCUE is something I don’t want to deal with. I’m sure there’s some way around iCUE for most things like lighting and EQ adjustment, but most people are going to end up using iCUE for this, and it’s just a bad program that you should avoid using if you can. The sound quality and iCUE would’ve been tolerable to me if it weren’t for the physical pain and discomfort this headset causes me after 20 minutes on my head. I’m not sure what exactly you’re getting for the $180 here. Is that just the premium you pay for going wireless? I don’t know. It’s definitely one of the better looking headsets I’ve seen, and it looks and feels like it’s made of high-end materials which could allow this thing to have a long lifespan, but those are the only two nice things I have to say about the virtuoso. It’s nowhere near worth the $180 I paid for this thing and it baffles me that it can’t match the comfort and sound quality of a $60 HyperX headset. I’m really hoping to find a wireless headset that can fill that role, and sadly this isn’t it.
