There’s three key things I wish these headphones included at the price point I paid for them, for reference out the door with tax paid over $200. These are NOT Bluetooth and do not connect to any Bluetooth devices other than through the dongle which was easy to setup and painless on windows but does include a 3.5mm jack which is now going the way of the dodo bird. Active noise cancellation is not one of the features you will get but these are comfortable enough to thoroughly enjoy wearing. Sound quality is OKAY with lackluster bass until you start messing with equalizers and that’s just not cool from the get go. They should sound amazing out of the box but don’t let this dismay you. I would 100% recommend these as beginner headphones that are painless and sound great nevertheless. Construction quality is A+ and battery life is somewhere around 8-10 hours with LEDS ON.

Headset just stopped working today. I liked it for the most part.

The Corsair Virtuoso is top of the line. You can feel how well this piece of tech was made. The detachable mic is incredible! The headphones are a tad bit heavy for my taste but not heavy enough to cause problems wearing for long periods of time.

This headset provided decent sound just not enough clarity for the price especially the misleading 7.1 surround sound feature for PS4

I love them, they are SO much better than my old ones. They are very loud and I love that. I especially love that I am able to walk around without having my head jerked back from the cord because of the slipstream mode.

Not only will I never recommend a Corsair product to anyone, I will also leave negative reviews on every website possible for Corsair products. I purchased a fairly expensive headset and have nothing but issues. The unit constantly disconnects from my PCs (even with it plugged directly into the PC via USB cable). Both teams and zoom constantly crash due to this headset on one of my PCs, with the headset connecting / disconnecting and freezing up my entire machine for a minute or 2 each time. On top of that, the volume wheel stopped working as expected within 2 weeks of the purchase. Corsair support has been anything but helpful. I bought the headset because it is comfortable to wear, but it has ended up being a nightmare and one of my worst purchases of all time.

These headphones have the most amazing sound quality and wearing them for a long period of time doesn’t make my head uncomfortable like other headphones that I’ve had in the past

Grate headset sounds amazing my only complaint is the charging. As I’m using it I’ll get a beep and it will say low battery so I plug in 5 minutes later charge complete, it’s not complete

Good sound quality with a sleek design but the price feels a little high.

Honestly very mediocre quality and sound. I was not impressed with the sound at all. The steel series impressed me more but I went with this because I have a lot of Corsair components and wanted them to match, plus I liked the look. However they are very big and clunky feeling. After 10 months the ear cushions started deteriorating and falling apart as well…

I’m a Corsair fan boy and trust me I wanted love this headset. To be fair this is one great looking headset. Solid build and the microphone is clear. Now that’s about all the nice things I can say about it. Coming from a steel series actis 7 wireless, this headset ear cups are a little small. I’ve had nothing but problems with this headset. From losing signal to noise interference, Cracking. Most of that would get fixed by plugging the headset directly with the usb cable and returning to wireless. Here’s what did it for me. The in game sound would fluctuate from different noises in the game. Meaning it would be loud and then low depending on what was happening. For the few hours it did work like it was supposed to it was awesome. I know it’s a driver/software problem. But reading forums on this issue since August with no fix, no thank you. Maybe I’ll consider them once Corsair fixes these issues which I doubt it. Steel series is hard to beat.
