The mic is amazing and the overall build is solid. I would recommend that you would buy 3rd party ear pads but that's my preference.

Quality but at a price

The quality and sound performance is extremely great. There's only one con I have against this headset is after long term use it tends to get a little tight on the ears. If you plan on using this headset occasionally then this competes with $300+ Headsets. But for long term use it does tend to cramp up your ears after an hour or two.
